In the current competitive market of automobile in Iran and the world, business partners play a key role in the success or failure of any organization. In fact, the survival, growth and development of businesses will depend on determining a strategic business partner. Therefore, choosing an experienced business partner is essential and requires the use of a precise decision-making method. In this paper, a multi-criteria decision-making method with the purpose of evaluating business partners is presented. This evaluation and ranking method is able to identify the interaction between criteria and consider it in the ranking process. At first, 22 variables corresponding to the conditions of the Iranian automobile industry were selected as criteria and 15 Chinese automobile companies were selected as alternatives. Then, Shannon's entropy technique was applied for weighting the criteria. Finally, the alternatives were ranked by the Choquet integral method. Next, the proposed technique was validated through comparison with TOPSIS method and the results were analyzed and compared. The results of the implementation of introduced technique indicate that the combination of Choquet integral decision-making method and Shannon's entropy is a simple, novel and also practical method and will be applicable in the real world.

Organizations have shown a lot of attention to the management of organizational processes, but many problems and failures have been reported in the implementation, researchers have considered the lack of attention to the background conditions as the reason for these problems. The aim of this research is to present a new model by identifying and prioritizing the contextual dimensions that should be considered in the implementation of organizational process management. The current research is a qualitative-quantitative combination and the meta-composite method and Friedman's test were used. First, by searching in reliable scientific databases and a certain time interval, finally, 64 of the 421 reviewed sources entered the final stage and were coded and analyzed using MAXQDA software. Then, ranking was done by preparing a questionnaire and experts' opinions. Validity check and reliability was done in the first part by determining the entry and exit criteria of the documents, CASP tool and calculating Cohen's kappa coefficient and in the second part by confirming the experts and calculating Cronbach's alpha. By reviewing the documents, 73 distinctive codes were identified and the codes were divided into 9 main categories with The most frequency related to "organizational dimensions" were categorized. By prioritizing the criteria, the first to third place was awarded to "technology infrastructure", "knowledge required by the process" and "supporting culture". The results of this research are based not only on scientific texts but also with Considering the business environment and the opinion of experts in the country, it can be a new and comprehensive model for organizations, experts and researchers in the country.

Digital transformation is rapidly changing apparel retail organizations. The high speed of new knowledge and the uncertainty of the fashion world do not allow organizations to make strategic plans, and force them to make strategic decisions in this field. Identifying and conceptualizing the drivers of strategic decisions for the digital transformation of apparel retail organizations is the primary goal of this research by using the multi-grounded theory research strategy. In the theoretical grounding stage, twenty-three international articles were selected and codes and concepts were extracted using the metanalysis method. In the experimental grounding stage, interviews were conducted with seventeen experts, and the codes and concepts extracted from the metanalysis stage were re-examined, redefined, and completed. Finally, by going back and forth and enriching the theory, the conceptual framework model of strategic decision-making drivers of digital transformation in Iran's apparel retail was designed. The results indicate that the drivers of strategic decisions for the digital transformation of apparel retail organizations are in seventeen concepts and four categories under the headings of "organizational drivers," industry and market pressure," "government infrastructure requirements," and "environmental macro trends." The economic pressure and the spread of information technology and bio-social changes from the environmental macro trends and the expectation of financial performance and digital infrastructure of the organization and the employees' pressure from the category of organizational drivers and customer pressure and the pressure of the competitive environment from the category of Industry and market pressure seem to have the most importancecompared to other concepts.

To this end, organizations are planning to enter different digital arenas and evaluation of D-Readiness for measuring their level of success is of particular importance. Determining the degree of readiness to accept, use and apply new technologies and their related applications inside and outside organizations is one of the things that is of interest and emphasis. This research examines the theoretical and experimental foundations as well as existing models related to the subject under study, while considering the strengths and weaknesses of each of them; It has presented the dimensions and components of preparation for accepting and entering the field of digital banking with a newer classification of them in the form of a dynamic model. The research method of this research is mixed (Qualitative- Quantitative) and its statistical population is the banking industry. In the qualitative phase, 15 academic and Iranian banking system experts were contacted in the form of five rounds of the Delphi panel, and as a result, the main factors of the model were calculated, extracted and finalized in the form of dimensions and components. In the quantitative phase of the research, various presuppositions in the research model for the country's banking system were tested and simulated using systems dynamics, the results of which indicate the attention and focus of the managers, policy makers and actors of the country's banking system on the main variables of the research, namely; Digital Readiness, Incentive Policies and System Quality is improvement.

The purpose of the current study is to identify the effective factors in improving the emotional, cognitive and behavioral experiences of customers at the most critical touch points before purchase. In this regard, a mixed exploratory design has been used in the form of two consecutive studies. In the first study, the factors affecting the pre-purchase experiences of customers have been extracted through Sandelowski's 7-step approach for qualitative meta-synthesis of studies. This means that 1268 primary studies were included in the screening process (title, abstract and content) and were reduced to 48 final studies related to the content and valid according to the critical skills evaluation checklist. In the second study, all the identified effective factors were gradually introduced during 16 experimental scenarios to evaluate and test the effect of manipulating these factors on the dependent variable (customer experience). The research sample in this study was 480 customers of Shiraz arts and crafts who were selected through non-probability sampling method. The results of multi-factor variance analysis and marginal mean estimation of the data show that the component of recommendations and social references with the acquisition of the largest effect size is the most important factor in shaping customers' pre-purchase experiences, and other factors are the level of customer familiarity with the brand, the perceived value of the product. , the type of media selected in promotional activities, the level of information access, the level of personalization of benefits and offers are placed in the next priorities respectively.

The Design Science Research method (DSR) is an approach to provide practical solutions based on scientific principles in order to produce substantiated and inferred results and products, and at the same time, the results can be scientifically evaluated in the form of primary artifacts and practical use in four main stages which ultimately results in their practical efficiency and effectiveness in the outside world. By designing and creating an archetype in the prototyping stage, DSR evaluates real scenarios and then examines the solution in practical cases. From this point of view, in this research, it has been tried to use the DSR method to provide an innovative solution for predicting bank liquidity risk and upcoming scenarios. This study uses semtiment analysis and deep learning algorithm such as deep convolutional network in predicting liquidity risk and presents a simple and effective method to identify dynamic qualitative variables from recent news about a domestic bank in the country. Predicted scenarios are available to banking experts in the real world to facilitate decision-making in risk measures. According to the guidelines of the Basel Committee and other European banking regulatory frameworks, comparing these scenarios with the scenarios occurring in the bank indicates a relatively high accuracy of the proposed method. In the scenarios derived from the Basel Committee and derived from the European Banking Authority, the forecasting accuracy is about 91% and 82%, respectively
