The present study has been conducted with a mixed method approach to analyse a model of proactive strategic behavior for emoloyees. The research type is practical -developmental. The qualitative phase is implemented by Grounded Theory. The qualitative sector data were summarized in 18 semi-structured interviews with the selected experts of the university and organization under study and then the coding process in three distinct stages. The result of this phase of this study was extraction and design of interconnected categories in the form of Casual Conditions, Axial Conditions, Context Conditions, Intervening Conditions, Actions and Consequences of paradigm of proactive strategic behavior of employees. After identifying each of the selected template categories, each of the template elements was selected and elaborated in details. The qualitative research results set was tested in a quantitative section using a researcher-made questionnaire. For this purpose, a sample of 370 individuals for participation in the study was selected, then quantitative data set was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods and then, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in PLS software.

One of the main problems in small and medium sized (SME) industries is a few research in sustainable development scope. One of the most important reasons for lack attention to this issue is the lack of a comprehensive model for evaluating sustainable development performance. So, the current study tried to identify the factors affecting the performance of sustainable development in nine different SMEs in Yazd province. Then we tried to determine the appropriate indicators for each industry in order to introduce a comprehensive performance evaluation model. Finally, we prioritized and evaluated these factors in each industry. To do so, a mixed method of average data, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Random Forest (RF) is used. Also, the obtained data were analyzed using R software. The result demonstrated the important factors in evaluating the performance of sustainable development in each industry. The findings introduced the most effective factors of the performance evaluation in the chosen SMEs in Yazd province. Also, the results shown the importance of the factors in each SME.

Conversations are the main channels for the formation of organizational changes that can speed up or slow down the speed of change implementation and thus determine the success or failure of organizational change programs. From this viewpoint, an organizational change program has a suitable implementation speed when it has a smooth passage through the four levels of initiative, understanding, performance, and closure conversations. However, the occurrence of mental and linguistic barriers in the process of formation of the change conversations leads to the failure of the desired timely implementation of these programs. Based on this, the aim of the current research is to explore the effective factors in timely and successful or late and unsuccessful implementation of change programs in the context of organizational conversations in Soban Educational Holding. This research is a qualitative study that uses a combination of qualitative techniques of semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to collect data, and uses thematic analysis to analyze the data. The participants are all the organizational members involved in the two change programs of Soban Educational Holding. The findings show that performance and then understanding conversations account for the largest volume of change conversations and, slowing down the speed of change implementation. Additionally, the findings show that most of the mental and linguistic barriers to the formation of effective change conversations occur at the level of understanding conversations, but performance conversations occupy a larger volume of change conversations and thus, play a more important role in advancing the changes.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the robustness strategies for businesses that intend to have a successful performance in the future of Iran's smart agriculture sector. For this purpose, using an integrated foresight method based on scenario development, alternative futures for Iran's agriculture were extracted for a ten-year period (2032). The methods of Global Business Network (GBN), Cross Impact Analysis (CIA) and MICMAC were used. Four main drivers were identified, which are cooperation and participation through Strong national and local institutions, versus lobby and pressure groups, as well as the development of technological infrastructure and innovation growth versus the immaturity of the innovation ecosystem. With the meaningful combination of drivers, three possible and meaningful paths to the future of Iran's agriculture were extracted according to the opinion of experts: smart agriculture, state agriculture and traditional agriculture. For the developed scenarios, a set of strategies were analyzed by in-depth interviews with experts as well as a library search that can guarantee strategic robustness in any scenario in the next 10 years. The main result at the macro level is that cooperation and partnership play a major role in shaping the future of Iran's agriculture, as well as strategic robustness, due to their key role in integrating resources and capabilities. Finally, by applying robustness criteria, the robustness strategies were ranked. Strategic collaborations and the development of practical innovations were the most robustness strategies, and independent investment and the development of advanced innovations were recognized as the weakest strategies.

The purpose of this research is to design a green human resource management model based on the AMO approach in Kerman Coal Mining Company. In terms of purpose, this research is practical and in terms of the method of collecting information, it is part of mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research. The qualitative part was conducted by reviewing the literature and field data and conducting 14 semi-structured interviews using the theme analysis strategy.the experimental evaluation of the impact of the identified activities on the company's environmental performance was investigated based on designed questionnaires. After measuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, they were distributed. The statistical population was 600 people and the sample size was determined to be 234 people based on the Georgesi and Morgan table. Data analysis was done structural equation modeling method using AMOS23 software. The findings of the qualitative section include 17 main themes and 59 sub-themes. According to the AMO model, green human resource management activities were placed in three categories: green ability with 6 main themes, green motivation with 4 main themes and green opportunities with 7 main themes. The findings of the quantitative section also showed that the effect of green ability of employees on the environmental performance of the company is not significant, but the effect of green motivation and provision of green opportunities on environmental performance is significant. Therefore, the presented model provides useful insights into the functions of human resource management to support the environmental performance of coal mining companies.

Decisions and actions in each step have a multi-faceted interaction with other steps. To achieve this purpose, in this research, 69 works published during the years 1990-2022 were reviewed and evaluated based on a systematic method. Based on the findings of this research, the exit process is divided into 5 steps (entry strategy, exit drivers, decision making, exit method, and consequences) in order to provide a better understanding and an integrated framework of the business exit process. 34 subcategories and 213 components were also identified. Out of these 69 studies (considering two categories for some articles), exit drivers (43), consequences (28), strategy and method of exit (28), decision-making (23), and entry strategy (11), respectively, are the most studies have been assigned to themselves.
