The process of reviewing and accepting articles in the journal "Management Research in Iran" (Tarbiat Modares University) is carried out based on scientific criteria and in strict compliance with ethical and impartial standards. First, the author(s) submit the article through the journal's system. After receiving it, the article is made available to the editor, who reviews the general aspects of the article, including its suitability with the journal's specialized field, structure, originality of the subject, and adherence to writing principles. If it does not comply with the journal's policies, the article is initially rejected at this stage and the author is notified; however, if the general aspects are approved, the article is sent to at least two expert reviewers in the field, and the reviewers evaluate the article anonymously (bilaterally). After receiving the opinions of at least two reviewers, the review results are summarized and sent to the editor, and based on the opinions of the reviewers, one of three options is accepted without correction, requested corrections, or rejected.
If the reviewers reject the article, the author is notified, and if corrections are requested, the reviewers' comments along with the editor's instructions are sent to the author to make the corrections and upload the edited version by the due date (announced in the system and by email). Then, after receiving the revised version, the editor and, if necessary, the reviewers review the article again and a final decision is made on whether to accept or reject the article. Finally, the final accepted articles are scheduled for publication in the relevant issue. It should be noted that all stages of submission, follow-up, and notification of results are carried out through the journal's system, and respected authors can view the status of their article online; also, adhering to the announced schedule for submitting corrections is a requirement for continuing the acceptance process.
The Journal of Management Research in Iran receives articles only from this system. To submit an article, respected authors must first register in the system and after registration, they can go through the steps of submitting an article by referring to the article submission section and send the article to the journal. It is worth noting that all steps, including sending corrections, are also possible through the system.
If corrections are needed, the corresponding email will be sent to the corresponding author. The corresponding author must log in to the system and submit the corrected article. Note that corrections are only sent to the corresponding author, and the corrected article can only be submitted by the corresponding author with the same email address registered in the system.
Currently, the journal does not charge authors for evaluating or publishing articles.
Open the “Login” page and select “I forgot my password!” There you can enter your email address and receive your “username” or “password.” So, it is important to remember the email address you used to register with the system.
All authors of the article can view the status of the article on their personal page through the journal system. It is worth noting that all actions, including submission, revision, correspondence, requests, changing the order of authors, etc., are only possible through the "responsible author".
No, this is against publishing ethics. If this is done, your article will not be published, and if it has been published, it will be discredited. Your name will then be placed on the journal's blacklist, and no further articles from you will be accepted.
After the initial review and submission of the article to the editor, no changes can be made to the details entered. Therefore, if the article is reviewed and sent to the corresponding author for correction, then he or she can correct the author details.
