1- Select the option of new articles in the special page of the referee
2- Select the title "Article code" from the table
3- View article specifications including:

Select the "You can accept or reject the judgment of this article" option on the left side of the site; If you choose the title "I agree to judge the article." And selecting the save option, the article will be sent to the next section "Articles under review" and if you select the option "I do not accept to judge the article" and write "Your reasons for rejecting" and select the option to save the article from your judging page going out.
4- If you accept the refereeing of the article, return to the special page of the referee and select the option of the articles being judged.
5 - Select the title "Article Code" from the table.
6- View article specifications.
7- Select the option to view the file (green arrow mark) from the title "Article for judges" from the table of related files at the bottom of the page.
8- Save the article file in your computer memory.
9- After viewing and reading the article on your computer, you can use the comments to put the explanation in the margin of the text in the following way:
Comments are actually sentences that are placed in the margins of the text. In this way, if the author or another person sees the explanation, he / she will understand what phrase each command is written for.
How to put a Comment in Word2003:
1. After opening the text of the article, if you see it in word2003 software, do the following:
Select the desired letter, word or phrase by placing the mouse at the beginning of the desired character and in that place and dragging the mouse to the end of the word or phrase and then releasing it (drag & drop); It can be seen that the color of the phrase is darker than other parts of the text. Then, from the toolbar at the top of the page, select the Comment option from the Insert menu, and if the range of the selected phrase is correct, type the description of the description you want in the colored box.
tip:
- To cut, copy, or recycle the desired text (cut, copy, past), delete or edit it (edit, delet), changes in the family of letters and paragraphs of the text and insert bolts or numbering the phrase (font, paragraph Bullet & numbering)) Right-click on the colored phrase in the text or its explanation in the margin and perform the desired actions.
- Please use the Insert menu and the options in it to use letters, notices, ready-made templates, shapes, images, etc.
2. How to put a Comment in Word2007:
If you have opened the article in Word2007 software, do the following:
The steps are the same as in Word2003 (selecting the desired letter, word or phrase by placing the mouse at the beginning of the character and clicking on that location and then dragging the mouse to the end of the word or phrase and then dropping it; The color of the phrase is darker than other parts of the text). From the Review tab, select the commentNew option, and if the range of the selected phrase is correct, write the description of the description you want in the colored box.
tip:
- Please use the options in the Review commentNew tab to delete, go to the description before or after the description we are in (previous, next), or right-click on the colored phrase in the text or its description in the margin. 10- To view the evaluation form of the articles, go to the special page of the referee and select the "Judging Form" option, and in the opened window, complete the form, and then select the Save option.
tip:
Use the "broom" shape on the left side of the question to correct, rewrite, or cancel the command.
- At the end of the form, it is possible to print the form, cancel the continuation of work (close the window) and completely rewrite the form.
11- Put your description in the "Referee Description" tab and select the Save option.
12- By selecting the Browse option on the left side of the site and selecting the submit option, you can read the article in which your corrections were made.
12- Select the option of the referee's opinion, including publishable, partial review, etc., for the final opinion.
After completing the description, select the save option to complete your arbitration work.
13- The judged article will be placed in the third title of "Judged Articles" on the referee's special page.
14- In this page, by selecting the "magnifying glass" symbol, you can see the result of your judgment, and by selecting the "cross" symbol, you can delete it.
