The purpose of this research is to study the co-authorship among researchers in field of strategic management in Iran. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and has been done by scientometric approach. The statistical population of research consists of all articles and authors of internal articles in field of strategic management and collectively contain 320 articles in 32 internal journals related to this field that have been identified during the period from 2001 to 2016. Social network analysis was used for analyzing data and also UCINET and Gephi software has been used in order to analyze co-authorship network. The findings show that the most used authoring pattern to produce these articles is two-authorship. 606 unique authors have contributed to form the network of articles, that 102 authors among them have played an influential role. This research showed that Azar, Khodadad Hosseini, and also jointly Hosseini and Seyedjavadin have earned first to third ranks in terms of frequency of articles. Azar, Khodadad Hosseini and Hosseini respectively were ranked first to third in rank centrality.

Despite the importance and impact of banks on community development and growth, there is very low research about the sustainability of the banking supply chain. The purpose of this research is to identify the main dimensions and components of Stability of banking services supply chain and provide it for implementation in the banking system. In this research, the statistical population consists of supervisors, senior experts (senior bank managers), second-level experts (middle managers), and quantitative phase consist third-level experts (40 supply chain experts) Then, the coding process, final codes, concepts, and subcategories were extracted and the conceptual model of the research was presented. In this research, two qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. In the qualitative method, the grounded theory is used and in the second phase of the research (quantitative phase), using statistical methods of validity and reliability, the causal relations between the model indicators are examined. For data analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) in SMART PLS software environment, gray DEMATEL analysis, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used. According to the analysis of the above-mentioned methods and after confirmation by the experts consisting six main dimensions (causative conditions, intervening conditions, contextual conditions, strategies and policies of sustainability, processes, and actions, and outcomes and consequences), the final model was presented

One of the important challenges of organizations is that many strategic plans are not implemented successfully. By providing the required instrumental and information platform at various levels of an organization and among top and strategic managers, IT capabilities enable the organization to implement its strategies effectively.
The purpose of this research is to design a strategy implementation framework based on IT capabilities. The research methodology in terms of the result of the research is developmental and for the purpose of exploratory research, and in the method of qualitative research is a case study type. The data collection tool is interview and for data analysis has been used the theme analysis method.
Based on the results, implementation of strategy based on IT capabilities requires a change in the IT position, which is included the five main concepts. It also identified the dimensions and components of IT capabilities in strategy implementation. In the following, it was identified 18 IT Functionality that was explained in the form of 9 themes of a strategy based on I capabilities and for each strategy themes was proposed related IT tools and ultimately the final framework was presented.

Today, companies with superior performance in the mobile phone industry (Mobile) have sought to create additional benefits for their products to form favorable psychological responses in their consumers. In light of this, the present study is an attempt to examine the effect of product design in explaining psychological responses of consumers considering the moderating role of consumption experience and product involvement variables. In terms of the objective, the study is a descriptive work and survey in nature, an applied work in terms of usage, and a cross-sectional work in terms of time frame. Study population consisted of all consumers of mobile phones in Tehran. The sample group participants were selected through Convenience Sampling method. Statistical analyses were carried out in PLS and revealed that all aspects of product design (aesthetic, functional and symbolic) had a positive and significant effect on the psychological responses of consumers. The results of hypotheses in relation to the moderating variable of consumption experience showed that consumption experience had a moderating role in the impact of all aspects of product design on psychological responses of consumers. The results also showed that product Involvement had a moderating role in affecting all aspects of product design on consumer behavior responses. In order to improve the psychological responses of mobile phone users, it is important to pay attention to product design and its three dimensions.

The structure of the government of different societies, while existing differences, have the same functional but different qualities, and in order to resolve the problems, the relations between the institutions of the state must have a good mechanism. Since the Viable Systems Model provide a tool for designing and diagnosis the structure of systems, this study aimed to identify the structure of the government and then diagnosis this structure.
The goal is to investigate the current Government structure from a systemic view, and using a scientific method followed by the application of the Viable Systems Model framework and the Jackson's three-stage method. The structural elements , the duties and relationships between them are identified and diagnosed.
After reviewing and comparing the structure of the structure, this structure detected partially Viable.

Today, according to the international significance of sustainability, scholars aim to develop sustainability assessment models within the banking industry. Since that, the banks affect the development of sustainability within the countries both directly and indirectly. The purpose of the present study is to provide a comprehensive Assessment Model for the Iranian banking system, which evaluates the bank's sustainability through different aspects. Therefore, as implied research with a descriptive mixed method, the study employed a Meta-synthesis approach in order to obtain codes, themes, and categories of sustainability in the banking industry. In the following, ISM structured a network of relationships between the themes as a model while ANP helped to determine the weights of the themes and categories. Ultimately using the content analysis, the sustainability information of the banks extracted to feed the provided model, which lead to the sustainability computation of 27 governmental and non-governmental Iranian banks. As a result, Pasargad Bank ranked first, while Ayande and Melli Banks ranked second and third respectively. Moreover, it became clear that the average sustainability score of non-governmental was higher than governmental banks, while most of them neglect the environmental issues, which needs to be considered in their strategies

This study aims to evaluate the effect of gender identity on loyalty emphasizing on personal identity, consumption patterns, and Purchase decision making styles. This study is considered an applied research, and according to the method of gathering data is considered to be descriptive-survey research. The data of this research was gathered from a sample of 492 participants who were users of home appliances in city of Tehran through simple cluster sampling method. Questionnaires were used as data gathering tool. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling via Lisrel software. The findings indicate that gender identity affects brand loyalty, personal identity, purchase decision making styles, and consumption patterns. Also, loyalty is affected by personal identity, purchase decision making styles, and consumption patterns. Finally, personal identity and consumption patterns affect purchase decision making styles.
