Diagnosis mistakes in selecting a original brand with a counterfeit and imitation brand can affect consumer financial losses and affect consumer loyalty. However, This study aimed to investigate the role of copycat strategy on the perceived similarity with moderator consumer mindset and brand loyalty was performed. And the goal is to increase consumer awareness of original brand and imitation brand. The study population includes buyers of Clear shampoo in pharmacies and Moghaneh Doogh(yogurt drink) in Parsaabad Moghan stores. Because of the Unlimited community is used Cochran, and the sample number is 384. For data analysis used software SPSS 22 and Smart PLS. And using with Partial Least Squares, Relations of variables and model Been investigated. Results show that in hypotheses the observed correlation is significant. In the first main hypothesis, copycat strategy have positive impact on perceived similarity. In the second main hypothesis, consumer mindset moderate Relation between copycat strategy and perceived similarity. In the third main hypothesis, brand loyalty, moderate relation between copycat strategies and perceived similarity.

The main purpose of this study is to present a model of the planning, recruitment, select and redundancy of human resource and its adaptation to the organizations of the civil service management act audience. The research method is exploratory mixed research projects. The statistical population of the first phase (qualitative) included the faculty of public administration with human resources orientation and the statistical population of the second phase (quantitative) of managers and human resource specialists of public institutions. In the first phase (qualitative) of the research, the data were collected by semi-structured interview and in the second phase (quantitative), semi-open questionnaires and 97 questions were distributed. In the first phase, the data were coded by Atlasti software, and in the second phase, the model test was derived from the first phase of the study by structural equation modeling using PLS software and descriptive statistics, central indices and consensus percentage on the model and results indicate that %89 of the participants had a consensus on the conceptual model of the research, and all dimensions of the model were explained. The main issue of the present research is planning for human resource development in the organization, which has been formulated based on the causal, ground and interventional conditions, its dimensions and strategies for its realization, and then the final model was presented based on it.

Given the strategy of performance improvement, the present study aims to identify the effective dimensions on designing a strategic human resource management with a high performance work system (HPWS) approach for the knowledge-based organizations. For this purpose, in this developmental- applied research, first a comprehensive study of literature on HPWS for learning the effective concepts was conducted. Then the proposed indicators in the previous studies was counted from which 307 dimensions were identified and after excluding the repeated ones and And merge similar items,33 dimensions were elicited. Then, using the Delphi technique, it was agreed among the members of the university elite panels and the experts of Knowledge based Companies. and by excluding 4 dimensions and including 3 new ones to adjust them to knowledge-based companies' characteristics, at last 32 dimensions were confirmed by the panel as final ones for strategic human resources management with a HPWS approach. The findings showed that from Delphi panels' viewpoint on HPWS, the »supportive management « has the greatest influence on HPWS in the knowledge- based companies.

Evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities exemplifies the decision-making under conditions of uncertainty. These evaluations mainly have been done in a complex and dynamic environment under true uncertainty. In contrast to risk and ambiguity, in true uncertainty not only all potential outcomes and their assigned probabilities are unknown, but also it is not possible easily to estimate the probabilities and acquire knowledge about the results. In these situations, entrepreneurs evaluate opportunities based on minimal and inaccurate information, which is described by fuzzy variables, i.e. linguistic variables that do not have any clear boundaries. Hence, adopting a fuzzy approach, the purpose of this paper is to propose a model for evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities under conditions of uncertainty. This study is the first using fuzzy screening to formulate opportunity evaluation as a Multi-Expert Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (ME-MCDM) problem and it is innovative in this research area. In doing so, first, through a systematic literature review and focus group the authors identified entrepreneurs’ current solutions for evaluating opportunities under true uncertainty. Then, a ME-MCDM model has been suggested to evaluate opportunities and select between them. The model is based on fuzzy screening method and evaluates 12 opportunities by 15 experts in a medium entrepreneurial firm. R software has been used to perform calculations. With regard to experts’ aggregate evaluations, findings show that O6 and O11 have higher rating (better evaluation) among opportunities and considered as appropriate candidates for pursuing.

Rapid and wide-ranging environmental changes have challenged traditional systems of strategy making, and strategic foresight has been increasingly welcomed by organizations due to flexibility against alternative futures. This research seeks to develop the process of creating strategic options in strategic foresight for organizations and is a developmental research in terms of purpose. The overall research method is qualitative. First, based on the analysis and interpretation of literature and research background, 19 requirements and steps were presented, to develop strategic options in strategic foresight. Then, with the help of Delphi technique, the validity of the list of provided items was tested. The second round of Delphi, confirmed the scientific and practical appropriateness of all items and their general goodness of fit. In the end, based on presented requirements and steps, the research suggested that managers consider the 26 types of integrated strategy options, presented in this study, in the process of creating strategy for their organizations.

Measurement and measurement is vital for any organization. The management and performance appraisal system as one of the management processes play a key role in realizing the goals and missions of the organization. The purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors of multilevel performance management of the Applied Higher Education Institution of Applied Water and Power industry which are based on a balanced scorecard. The present research is applicable to the purpose. The research method is exploratory blend. The statistical population of the research is the experts of the Applied Higher Education Institute of Water and Power Industry, which has at least 5 years of education management experience and has a master's degree. By using a targeted and judgmental sampling method, an interview was conducted with experts from the statistical community, After 15 interviews with experts on the subject of research, theoretical saturation was obtained. The results of the interview were analyzed by the three-step coding method and were identified and presented at three levels: individual, group, and organizational levels in the form of four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.

The main objective of this study is to develop a coherent and valid conceptual model for measuring and evaluating key and common actions of two partner companies to succeed in the operational phase of a strategic partnership. In designing the model, attempts have been made to take into account the various theoretical perspectives found in the literature research. In this research, the proposed model and related hypotheses have been tested using questionnaires distributed in strategic collaborations between the air defense industries and their strategic suppliers. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach has been used. Results of data analysis show that, in order to succeed in the operational phase of a collaborative relationship, partners should have a broad and close collaboration around five key actions which include: collaborative planning, integrating key operational processes, effective sharing of information, joint development of resources, joint development of competencies. In general, the model presented in this study can provide a framework for collaborative actions of partnering companies in the operational phase of an alliance in different areas and also be used as an appropriate tool for managers of organizations to examine the status quo of activities in this stage.

Predictions about depletion of fossil fuels, global warming and climate change, and energy portfolio diversification policies are key drivers for deployment of renewable energies for power generation. Fossil fuel exporting countries have also developed policies to increase share of renewable energies in their energy mix. Variety of feasible renewable prime energy resources in Iran, different commercial technologies to convert them to electricity, various stakeholder expectations from renewable power deployment, and multiple technical, financial and environmental constraints make such decision making a complex problem. Authors have developed a multi-objective optimization of Iran Renewable Portfolio. The solution specifies optimized share of solar photovoltaic (PV), land wind, small hydro, geothermal and biomass (waste and sewage) in deploying 5,000 MW renewable power, stated in 6th Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan of Iran. Weight of goals and data for technical knowledge and social impacts have been obtained through primary research utilizing Analytical Hierarchical Process among Iranian experts.
