The purpose of this study is to provide a paradigmatic and systematic model for developing Iran’s science diplomacy, based on capabilities of the Imam Sadiq University and prioritizing its strategies. This study is based on data-driven management strategy and according to systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin wants in order to obtain paradigmatic model of the Science Diplomacy development and by using IPA methodology, has prioritized its strategies. For this purpose, 18 professors, experts and professionals of science diplomacy at the Imam Sadiq(AS) University have been identified and interviewed. At the next stage, by processing data and concepts, Level 1 and Level 2 concepts of the paradigmatic model have been obtained. At the next step, the strategies were prioritized using the opinions of 15 persons priorly selected as the sample. According to taken steps, it has become clear that moving towards the development of science diplomacy at the Imam Sadiq(AS) University due to its dynamic capabilities needs special qualifications and factors and special delicacies in its designs and plans. Some of results of implementing the science diplomacy at the Human Sciences Universities are as follows: enhancing the capabilities of the university, strengthening the international position of the Islamic Republic of Iran, dealing with the dysfunctions of the science diplomacy at the Human Sciences Universities and fulfilling the mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the poor people of Muslim world. The main objective of this paper is to provide interaction of ecosystems with each other (ecosystems-ecosystems) through the value-creating ecology. Ecology is used as a metaphor for information systems in organizations. The main difference between the ecology of creating value with the supply chain and the value chain is that the value-creating ecology is a network value chain. Therefore, since ecosystems have a wider concept than the network and are more complex, the use of value-creating ecology for interactions between ecosystems will be more efficient, and thus produced ecological values. First, using the qualitative analysis method, the theme is related to each of the categories and with the analysis done by the software, correlation between the categories identifies. Then, through a questionnaire containing 135 questions, each of codes are given in the coding phase, measure regression and correlation between the categories. Composite Reliability measured the validity of the theme. On the other hand, the ability to communicate effectively between SMAC ecosystem and the digital business ecosystem through the value-creating ecology has also been tested, which result of this test confirms the effectiveness of this interaction.

One of the pillars of supply chain risk management is risk assessment and its aim is to analyze the risk. The first step to assess supply chain risk is identifying and classifying them. In this paper, after reviewing the literature and extracting supply chain risks, service supply chain risks identified by focus group and Q-sort method. As the result 10 components of the most important risks as conditional characteristics in Rough modeling identified. Using Rosetta software, 5 set of rule were produced. According to extracted models among conditional attributes, market and financial risks were most important attributes. After completion of various models validation, the model by Conditional Mean/Mode fill and incompletes for complement data showed the highest reliability for predicting new observations.

Banks are queuing system including that long queues of customers will cause Increase customer waiting time and decrease satisfaction. One of the effective solution for reducing waiting time is optimizing number of service personnel in each sector which in addition to reduce the waiting time, it has increases employee engagement. In this paper, simulation and experimental design method has been applied to this topic. This paper is developing a model with two objectives; Minimizing customer wait times and maximizing working time of employees. First, the current status of MELLI bank branches is simulated by ED, then Improvement scenarios is implemented by DOE methods and finally model is solved by design-expert software. The results show that most favorable option is one electronic and clear employee and five Cashiers employees. Using this method resulted in reduced waiting time by 32 percent.

An emergent methodology was adopted to explain the grounded theory (GT). Using theoretical sampling principle, 15 managers selected from Iran Airports and Air Navigation company, who were interviewed until achieving data saturation. Analysis of 359 codes showed 85 concepts and six subjects, which led to advent of the final research model called the “managers’ organizational commitment". The model shows the causes, covariances, contingencies, conditions, context and concequences of the main subject of research. Overall, the study could differentiate the concept of “managers’ organizational commitment” from the findings of all the studies conducted to the present in an attempt to demystify this issue.

In the qualitative part the meta-synthesis approach was used to identify the factors and then factors were placed in the appropriate categories using experts' ideas. Then, in the quantitative part the Chi-square test was used to analyze the hypothesis and Friedman test was used to prioritize the concepts, dimensions and categories. Finally, 42 concepts and 12 main categories were identified. Based on results among major issues in the context of sustainable development, resource management is of paramount importance. Moreover, Environmental dimensions are more important than others.

Science and technology have had divergent trend in almost a few hundred years ago. However, half through the twentieth century the convergence of science and technology has begun with the advent of the interdisciplinary stream and then at the beginning of the twenty first century with the advent of the emerging science and technologies stream. Understanding this process is the policy requirements. This research attend to find evidences of divergence in priorities by study science and technology emerging trends and science and technology thematic priorities in the three countries: United States, Russia and China with futuristic approach. Research method is qualitative content analysis, statistics samples, and documents that have been published about the emerging trends in science and technology. The research achievements indicate thematic trends in science and technologies are moving towards convergence. The research results declare the convergence at first is created based on "Information Technology", and the next in sequence "Biotechnology and Health", "Energy", as well as "Nanotechnology".

The main objective of this paper is to examine the impact of inter-organizational social capital and its various dimensions (cognitive, relational and structural) on the performance of partnerships with the aim of filling the research gap in this field. Also for the first time in defense industry of the country, this study intends to assess the situation of various dimensions of social capital in partnerships established between the aviation defense industries and their strategic partners in the private sector; as well as to take steps to stabilizing these types of partnerships by identifying areas requiring improvement. In this research, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach has been used to test the proposed conceptual model and its related hypotheses. The results of analyzing questionnaires distributed in the aviation defense industries show that the social capital and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on the performance of partnerships. Also, the results of the mean test show that the studied partnerships are not in a favorable situation in terms of some aspects and indicators of social capital, and it is necessary for the managers of the companies involved in the partnership to pay more attention to the joint development of social and psychological issues of partnerships.

Performance-based budgeting is one of the key factors of today's organization efficiency. Economically, "budget philosophy" is due to the existence of a "total contradiction" that is in every society and a curtesy of "knowledge economy" is completely created. Based on experts’ opinions, Lack of understanding and restructuring the issue of the budget is one of the operational problems of the performance-based budgeting of an organization. In this study, we decided to use the soft systems methodology to deal with budget issues that have components of social, political and human. In this methodology, the problem is a part of a single system rather than a problem to be investigated. Also, after structuring the problem and identifying preferences of experts, hierarchical clustering was applied to prioritize indicators. Therefore by combining these two approaches for Iran Social Security organization, Medicare and investment were prioritized. The results made the gap clear and paved the way for performance-based budgeting.
