Organizations have shown a lot of attention to the management of organizational processes, but many problems and failures have been reported in the implementation, researchers have considered the lack of attention to the background conditions as the reason for these problems. The aim of this research is to present a new model by identifying and prioritizing the contextual dimensions that should be considered in the implementation of organizational process management. The current research is a qualitative-quantitative combination and the meta-composite method and Friedman's test were used. First, by searching in reliable scientific databases and a certain time interval, finally, 64 of the 421 reviewed sources entered the final stage and were coded and analyzed using MAXQDA software. Then, ranking was done by preparing a questionnaire and experts' opinions. Validity check and reliability was done in the first part by determining the entry and exit criteria of the documents, CASP tool and calculating Cohen's kappa coefficient and in the second part by confirming the experts and calculating Cronbach's alpha. By reviewing the documents, 73 distinctive codes were identified and the codes were divided into 9 main categories with The most frequency related to "organizational dimensions" were categorized. By prioritizing the criteria, the first to third place was awarded to "technology infrastructure", "knowledge required by the process" and "supporting culture". The results of this research are based not only on scientific texts but also with Considering the business environment and the opinion of experts in the country, it can be a new and comprehensive model for organizations, experts and researchers in the country.

Researchers have stated that the main cause of car accidents is human error. Autonomous vehicle or driverless car can probably eliminate human error. They can also bring other benefits such as resource efficiency and reduced traffic. Many companies, such as Google and Tesla, have moved into the development of autonomous vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to provide technological, social and economic infrastructure from now on. The purpose of this study was to write a scenario of different situations of autonomous vehicle. The research method was that first the factors affecting this technology were extracted from the literature review and these factors were used as the basis for interviews with experts. Experts removed, approved, or added these factors. Content analysis of expert interviews was performed with MAXQDA software and then key effective factors were identified by MICMAC software through Cross-Impact Balances. In the next step, different scenarios were considered for these key factors with SCENARIO WIZARD software. Findings of the study were that four scenarios were proposed by SCENARIO WIZARD software, one of which was a favorable scenario, an unfavorable scenario and two static scenarios. The favorable scenario of the analysis and suggestions on how to achieve it were also presented. Knowing this favorable scenario from now on, we can provide the necessary preparation for the favorable future of autonomous vehicle so that the best of this new technology can be implemented in the country.

With the advent of the Industry 4.0, the financial services business model will change. in order to succeed in the digital world of the future, banks must know the structure of their supply chain well and analyze the developments of this chain in the the Industry 4.0.Despite research in the field of digital banking, the issue of examining the evolution and recognition of the banking service supply chain in the the Industry 4.0 has been almost neglected. Therefore, in this article, with review of research and in-depth interviews with experts, the effects of the the Industry 4.0 on the supply chain of banking services were identified. The results showed that with the entry of banks into the Industry 4.0, new players, including fintechs, will be connected to the supply chain of banking services, followed by factors such as systematic sharing of information throughout the supply chain, inter-organizational cooperation, sustainability and transparency. Flexibility and personalization of services, etc. will increase and financial, information and service flows in the supply chain of banking services will change. the biggest distance between Iranian banks and digital banking is the lack of full use of artificial intelligence to automate all processes.

This article aims to investigate the factors affecting consumer brand preferences by considering the customer life cycle. In the field of banking, due to the similarity of the services provided and the close competition between them, it is worth examining the factors that create the preferences of consumers and their tendency towards a particular brand. Therefore, helpful information should be provided to the management of banks so that by adequately allocating resources, they can properly manage their customers throughout their life cycle. In this research, the mixed method was used. In the qualitative phase, the Delphi method was used with banking experts and university professors, which finally identified 63 indicators in five dimensions: consumer-related factors, strategic factors, brand-related factors, and related factors. It led to the organization and psychological factors and the design of a conceptual model. In the quantitative part, to test the model, 385 researcher-made questionnaires were completed by Parsian Bank customers who were in different stages of their life cycle. Based on the analysis of structural equations and the calculation of standard coefficients by PLS software, psychological dimensions and organizational factors have had the highest impact on creating consumer brand preferences at all stages of their life cycle, respectively.

Since the resources are limited in each industrial region, it is logical to allocate resources to the most efficient industries. Recently, based on the environmental conditions and geographical position of Tehran, the capital of Iran, this city is in critical environmental situation. Therefore, assessing both environmental and industrial efficiency of Tehran’s production industries is essential. In this regard, network Data Envelopment Analysis is used in order to compare total efficiency of the industries including environmental and operational efficiencies. Network Data Envelopment Analysis is a developed form of standard DEA and looks inside the black-box in order to assess the partial efficiency in addition to the total efficiency which will results to a multi-objective problem. The contribution of this research is introducing a technique for assessing the efficiency of a network structure by means of the developed form of network DEA technique which minimizes the distance from the individuals’ independent efficiency with a linear optimization approach. Results show the advantages of the proposed model.

Business development in multiple industries and markets results in platform competition. Emerging approach requires adopting new managerial perspectives and defining appropriate business models. Reliability and performance of a platform besides on the capability of the platform owner, depends on the capabilities of partners and their bilateral and multilateral relations. So, relying on the principals of linear business modeling to design platform business models does not seem effective. This study aimed to fill the existing research gap in the field of platform business model and provide a comprehensive framework for developing business models tailored to the needs and specifications of the platforms. So, literature systematic review and meta-synthesis method is used to identify the components of the platform business model. Extracting research studies (2008-2019) from valid scientific databases and refinements based on specific criteria, 32 selected research articles has been analyzed. Consequently, a framework is defined to design platform business model in two levels, the first including six dimensions and the second 22 components. Proposed model is based on cooperation and value co-creation in, which is the platform core competency.

Crises are always the hardest test for every management theory. There are few management theories that work in the face of severe crises. As a result, organizations and managers in practice, during major crises, suspend many of their functions, dimensions and tasks. Meanwhile, the field of decision-making has a special status, because this field can’t be closed at all. Accordingly, practical theories of decision making in crisis are one of the most essential needs of any organization in times of crisis. In this regard, we tried to explain the application of PANDA decision-making strategy in critical situations. To this end, the corona crisis was chosen as the focus area. The Corona crisis, as one of the most important human crises that is currently affecting the whole world, is the best option for this purpose. In order to narrow the scope of the research, the decisions of the National Anti-Corona Headquarters of Iran were selected as our cases. Therefore, multiple case study method was selected as the method of the present study. The results of this study show that the characteristics of consequentialism, multiple feedback, speed of action and systematic attitude are the four main characteristics of Panda method that make this method especially suitable for critical situations.

The emergence of ERP systems as an integrated and process-oriented information system that supporting all activities of the organization, has led to significant improvements in the performance of deploying organizations. One of the success factors in the implementation of ERP systems is the proper identification of risks and appropriate responses to them throughout the lifecycle. Therefore, this research with an innovative point of view seeks to design a risk control model for ERP implementation by the Grounded Theory (GT) approach during open, axial and selective coding steps. The present research is both fundamental and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is ERP elites, interviews with 12 of these elites were conducted using purposeful sampling method. The results of the study showed 58 primary codes and 17 main categories that presented in the form of a paradigmatic model including; causal conditions (pre-implementation risks, implementation risks and post-implementation risks), phenomena (ERP implementation risk control), context (organizational factors, technical factors and human factors), intervening conditions (factors associated with employees, factors associated with project implementation and factors associated with the ERP system), strategies (path improvement, human resource development, organizational change, and Organizing) and consequences (organizational consequences, financial consequences and social consequences) and relationship between its different dimensions is also presented.

Predictions about depletion of fossil fuels, global warming and climate change, and energy portfolio diversification policies are key drivers for deployment of renewable energies for power generation. Fossil fuel exporting countries have also developed policies to increase share of renewable energies in their energy mix. Variety of feasible renewable prime energy resources in Iran, different commercial technologies to convert them to electricity, various stakeholder expectations from renewable power deployment, and multiple technical, financial and environmental constraints make such decision making a complex problem. Authors have developed a multi-objective optimization of Iran Renewable Portfolio. The solution specifies optimized share of solar photovoltaic (PV), land wind, small hydro, geothermal and biomass (waste and sewage) in deploying 5,000 MW renewable power, stated in 6th Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan of Iran. Weight of goals and data for technical knowledge and social impacts have been obtained through primary research utilizing Analytical Hierarchical Process among Iranian experts.

Using Performance Based Budgeting (PBB) system in Iran has begun. However different organizations claim to establishment and implement this system but their progress is not satisfactory. Therefore, in order to evaluate its progress, using the organization's maturity models, various studies have been presented in designing the PBB maturity model.
In this study, by reviewing the maturity reference models as well as two PBB maturity models that presented in the budgeting literature, the weaknesses of the current maturity models is presented and the new PBB maturity model is presented. After interviewing budget experts in decision-making organizations such as the country's planning and budgeting organization and the Audit Court, as well as using the elite capacity in universities such as Tarbiat Modares, Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Al-Zahra, etc. the lack of consideration on the results section in maturity models has been identified as shortcomings in current maturity models, especially budget maturity models.
Accordingly, the developed PBBM model is defined in terms of capabilities and results, and for the measurement of each of these two parts, a tree of indices and sub-indicators are defined. Utilizing the research model enables organizations to evaluate their progress in establishing and implementing a performance-based budgeting system by performance indicators
