Improving sustainability in supply chains is one of the strategic objectives in the current business. Firms have been adopted new management strategies to achieve sustainability in the manufacturing supply chain. Therefore, it is essential to assess the sustainability performance of the newly implemented management strategies. The purpose of this paper is to provide a model for assessing the sustainability performance of LARG supply chain management practices in the automotive supply chain using the dynamics system. In this paper, LARG supply chain management practices was identified by reviewing the literature and interviewing experts and were prioritized using fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy analysis network process and was presented as an integrated approach to LARG practices. Finally, the dynamic system has been used to assess the dynamics of LARG supply chain management practices and their impact on sustainable performance in the supply chain. The findings show that improved scenarios flexible transportation and just in time lead to a more sustainable supply chain. The results of these scenarios show sustainability improvement in the supply chain Also the results show that lean strategy is a very important for achieving sustainability in the supply chain. The proposed model helps industry managers and decision makers to identify the results achieved from implementing LARG supply chain management practices and improving effective practices on sustainability in the supply chain by adopting policies.

In the banking industry, a variety of activities have been introduced as social banking. The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of social banking and identify the various approaches used in the area. The banking value chain model has been used to describe different approaches to social banking. This paper starts with a literature studying the various trends that have led to the formation of the concept of social banking, in the literature review section. In continue, social banking approaches are identified. Triangulation is used to ensure the validity of the research method; therefore, two different methods have been used to identify social banking approaches. In the first method, the grounded theory research method was used. In this process, the data obtained from the literature used, as well as conducting semi-structured interviews with subject matter experts in four different Iranian banks. In the second method, the clustering method was used and 49 global social banking experiences were clustered in terms of the type of impact on the value chain. The results of both methods led to the identification of four different approaches to social banking. Finally, these four approaches are described and it is specified how each of them affects each part of the bank’s value chain.

Today, human life has become increasingly like games, not just because games have become a big part of human life, but most of the activities, systems and services are game-based. Therefore, the main challenge for organizations in the current digital age is to use skill-based game systems to enhance employee motivation and learning. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the game-based capabilities of learning management systems (LMS). This research, in terms of purpose, is in the field of applied research and in terms of method, in the form of qualitative-quantitative research. In first, a number of seven capabilities were identified by studying theoretical background and empirical background and obtaining expert opinions. The statistical population of the study includes professors as well as administrators and experts. The number of ten of them were selected as sample members. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by content analysis method and its reliability by Kendallchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s coefficient. To analyze the data was used the CRITIC-COPRAS approach. The results show that among the four types of learning management system studied, iSpring LMS received the highest score. Finally, discussion and conclusions are presented.

The present study was conducted to design a model of lean human resource excellence with a mixed approach and using the qualitative method of data theory and the quantitative method of Shannon entropy. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the study was all senior and middle managers of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, 19of whom were purposefully selected for interviews and interviews were conducted until the theoretical saturation of the data. To analyze the qualitative data, open, axial and selective coding was used, as a result of which 402 basic concepts in the form of 92 sub-categories and 17main categories and six dimensions of causal conditions (environmental and organizational), contextual conditions ( Organization strategy, culture, management insight, job content documentation, management stability and human resource system dynamics), interventionist conditions (personal characteristics of managers, quality of organizational inputs, efficiency of government management system), strategies (lean leadership, strengthening culture Lean and lean human resource management) and results (micro level, intermediate level and macro level) were included. Then, in order to turn the model designed into a basis for self-assessment of the lean degree of human resources, using the Shannon entrobial method, the weight and score of each dimension were identified, resulting in its application in the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. Ascore of 376 out of 1000 was assigned to the organization under study, which due to its position in the second level of excellence, ie an organization with public awareness oflean human resources

Business development in multiple industries and markets results in platform competition. Emerging approach requires adopting new managerial perspectives and defining appropriate business models. Reliability and performance of a platform besides on the capability of the platform owner, depends on the capabilities of partners and their bilateral and multilateral relations. So, relying on the principals of linear business modeling to design platform business models does not seem effective. This study aimed to fill the existing research gap in the field of platform business model and provide a comprehensive framework for developing business models tailored to the needs and specifications of the platforms. So, literature systematic review and meta-synthesis method is used to identify the components of the platform business model. Extracting research studies (2008-2019) from valid scientific databases and refinements based on specific criteria, 32 selected research articles has been analyzed. Consequently, a framework is defined to design platform business model in two levels, the first including six dimensions and the second 22 components. Proposed model is based on cooperation and value co-creation in, which is the platform core competency.

Shopping in the general sense is ambiguous, it is both work, leisure and entertainment and it is an activity that oscillates between private life and privacy with social dimensions and in the tension between rationality and lust and a pleasant social form with necessary and obligatory activity. The aim of this study is to systematically study the research literature in the field of comparative comparison of shopping motivation studies, identify research gaps and propose suggestions accordingly. To this end, it seeks to answer the question of what are the strengths and weaknesses of existing domestic and foreign scientific articles in the field of shopping motivations in terms of problematics, theory and methodology. The method of this research was a systematic literature review of Latin and Persian articles in the field of studies related to shopping motivations. Articles found in 2001-2020 for Latin articles. By examining the keywords in the databases of this field and based on pre-determined criteria, appropriate articles were selected and analyzed. During the study of the dimensions of the studied articles, it can be stated that lack of attention to problematics, lack of various methodologies, dominance of positivist approach and lack of attention to interpretive paradigms and critical realism, lack of clear theoretical foundations and lack of attention to basic theories and related to the concepts of hedonic and utilitarian shopping motives are very evident. At the end of the research, based on the results of a systematic literature review is presented a model of purchasing motivation.

Coopetition strategy is a relationship in which collaboration and competition co-exist, to create value in cooperation with their competitors and to appropriate a share of that value themselves in an all-win scenario. The focus of this study is to investigate the concept of competitive collaboration in the engineering services industry. In this regard, one of the innovations of the present study is to try to design a conceptual model for this strategy and then to modify it based on the Iranian engineering services. Using grounded theory, methodology as a qualitative method based on primary data of 12 in-depth interviews with experts in the field, a theoretical framework was formulated regarding the systematic view of Strauss and Corbin. The research data were analyzed in three stages: open coding (650 descriptive codes), axial coding and selective coding. The findings show that the final model consists of 6 main categories, 14 subcategories, and 98 abstract concepts. By gathering the data and evidence from analysis of inter-firm level, a conceptual model relationship for coopetition strategy in the field of engineering services. The research findings show that engineering services managers and policymakers need to pay attention to all categories of causal conditions, intervening conditions, contextual conditions, strategies and outcomes of competitive collaboration.

The purpose of this study is to design a policy model of entrepreneurship development in Iran, this research is a mixed study. In the first part, based on library studies and specialized interviews, the policy indicators of government entrepreneurship development were identified and in the next stage, questionnaires were distributed among entrepreneurship experts. The statistical population consisted of qualitative academic experts and theoretical experts. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was achieved and 11 experts participated in this stage. The statistical population in the quantitative section (validation and presentation of the final model) were managers and experts of government organizations. Methods of data analysis include grounded theory, structural-interpretive modeling, and partial least squares. In this study, 9 main categories and 44 sub-categories were identified to design a policy model for government entrepreneurship development in Iran. These categories were categorized into 6 paradigms with the titles of contextual conditions, causal conditions, pivotal phenomena, strategies and actions, intervening conditions, and consequences. Following the research process, the fuzzy Delphi technique was performed in two stages of screening and validation of the criteria obtained from the qualitative analysis of the research. Then, the relationships between the criteria of government entrepreneurship development policy in Iran were identified and entrepreneurship development was identified as the first level variable. Also, based on the standard factor load and the value of t-statistic, except for hypotheses seven, nine and eighteen, all research hypotheses and the relationship between variables were confirmed.

Today communication and access to a variety of communication channels, has forced organizations to provide new and efficient services. In the meantime, banks are one of the organizations that have the largest share in the countrychr('39')s economy, so the managers of successful organizations should try to identify the factors affecting the adoption of electronic banking technology. In this research, with a different approach, meta-analysis approach, the factors affecting the adoption of electronic banking technology have been investigated. The statistical population of the study includes all domestic and foreign studies conducted up to the end of 2017 that have examined the factors affecting the adoption of electronic banking technology. The total number of studies and researches collected included 145 studies. According to the standards of meta-analysis approach, 17 studies were excluded and a total of 128 studies were selected. The results showed that technology factors have a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, willingness to use technology and use of technology, as well as organizational and social factors on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards technology, willingness to use It has a positive and significant effect on technology and the use of technology, and individual factors have a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward technology, and the use of technology. The effect of technology factor variables on perceived ease of use, attitudes toward technology, as well as individual factors on the willingness to use technology was not confirmed.

In recent years, the development of a knowledge-based economy and the presence of Iranian companies in global markets has become one of the main economic priorities of the country. The purpose of this study is to develop and develop a strategic model for the transnational presence of knowledge-based companies in foreign markets in a mixed exploratory study. After identifying the knowledge-based companies’ internationalization constructs in a qualitative study in this research, by interviewing 14 connoisseurs and analyzing the data that acquired from the interviews using the grounded theory method, in a quantitative study and collecting information through a questionnaire of 243 in 73 company, the partial least squares approach to structural equation modeling has been used to estimate and calculate the relationships in the achieved model. Analysis of research data shows that the combination of three categories of resource-oriented, network-oriented, and entrepreneur-oriented components can lead to the sustainable international presence of Iranian knowledge-based companies. And their strategy is to grow through a customer-oriented competition based on technology, and they can get improved performance in three components: reputation, survival, and technological growth.
