Today, sustainable global value chain management is recognized as one of the prominent dimensions of global companies' competitiveness. Managers need a framework for strategic analysis, policy-making and decision-making with a sustainable development approach in order to adopt appropriate policies for the transition from a traditional value chain to a sustainable global value chain and to respond to stakeholder demands and external pressures. The purpose of this study is to identify and extract the appropriate strategic components for enabling global value chain management to achieve sustainability. Due to the scope of the research literature on various aspects of global value chain stability, the meta-synthesis method has been used in this research. Based on the research results, 171 components were identified and extracted, which are presented in the form of 40 themes and 8 categories, which are considered as components of the sustainable value chain management enabling model. The extracted categories are: drivers of sustainable value chain management development, external pressures, sustainable value chain management enablers, sustainable value chain management acts, social results of sustainable value chain management, environmental results of sustainable value chain management and economic results of sustainable value chain management.

This article aims to investigate the factors affecting consumer brand preferences by considering the customer life cycle. In the field of banking, due to the similarity of the services provided and the close competition between them, it is worth examining the factors that create the preferences of consumers and their tendency towards a particular brand. Therefore, helpful information should be provided to the management of banks so that by adequately allocating resources, they can properly manage their customers throughout their life cycle. In this research, the mixed method was used. In the qualitative phase, the Delphi method was used with banking experts and university professors, which finally identified 63 indicators in five dimensions: consumer-related factors, strategic factors, brand-related factors, and related factors. It led to the organization and psychological factors and the design of a conceptual model. In the quantitative part, to test the model, 385 researcher-made questionnaires were completed by Parsian Bank customers who were in different stages of their life cycle. Based on the analysis of structural equations and the calculation of standard coefficients by PLS software, psychological dimensions and organizational factors have had the highest impact on creating consumer brand preferences at all stages of their life cycle, respectively.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the conceptual territory of inter-organizational learning. We made use of semi-structured interviews to collect data from members of Anti-contraband and Currency Smuggling Headquarters, and phenomenology as the research strategy. As a result, we draw a framework characterizing the 1) meaning, 2) specifications, 3) influential factors, and 4) outcomes and defects. 1) The meaning of the phenomenon is perceived when factors like sharing and optimizing and localizing experiences; the perception of succession; and getting feedback and modifying procedures would take place. The specifications include developing a shared meaning system; and joint teamwork operations. 3) The influential factors contain developing informal relationships; and usage of external experiences. 4) Outcomes include problem solving; and developing knowledge and innovation. Defects include reinforcement of coordinator center, and developing liability insurance. By analyzing the territory of inter-organizational learning and developing distinct and exclusive borders, this study adds to the conceptual domain of the phenomenon.

Objective: The aim of the present study was to develop the corporate brand management model in Mellat Bank.Method: This research is mixed metod and it is fundamental in terms of purpose and it is considered field research in terms of data collection method. The qualitative techniques used were meta-synthesis and deep interview and in qualitive part, partial least squares technique was used. The target community in qualitive part was managers and experts in banking with a masterchr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39')))s degree or higher and a work experience of more than 5 years and in quantity was Mellat Banks’s employees. The method of sampling in qualitive part was snowballs and the number of sample volumes was 8 according to the theoretical saturation of the data and in quantitive part is accidental sampling and 361 people. In the qualitative part, MAXQDA software analyzes the interviews and studies, and in the quantitative part, Smart PLS software analyzes the identified components. Results: Based on the research results, a total of 13 categories and 41 concepts were identified and extracted. These include brand identity management, brand equity, corporate culture and other concepts. Conclusion: The research findings can be important for bank managers and marketing experts. It is clear that corporate brand is essential factor in sucsses of organizations.

The high importance of career path management in recent years has caused its challenges and central concerns to become the main problem of managers, especially human resource managers.Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of career path concerns on political tactics with emphasis on the mediating role of futuristic career path behaviors. This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the field of descriptive survey studies. The statistical population of this study consisted of employees of government offices in Lorestan province. Using stratified-random sampling method based on Cochranchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s formula, 328 people were selected as the research sample. The data of this study were collected using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed by using the relative content validity index and Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha coefficient, respectively. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with Smart-PLS software. The findings of this study show that career path concerns have a significant effect on influential political tactics. The results of relationship analysis also showed that career path concerns have a significant impact on political tactics through futuristic career path behaviors.

Good management is a vital and dynamic member of the organization that causes the participation of employees in organizational policy-making and defines the goal of the company's activity to provide services to the community and prioritize the company's profits. The purpose of this research is to design a conceptual model of good management in manufacturing-commercial companies with a qualitative approach using grounded theory. The statistical population of the study includes 21 members including scientific experts and executives who were selected for the interview purposefully through the snowball method. By analyzing the data during three stages of open, axial, and selective coding, 527 initial codes were classified into 95 concepts, 26 subcategories, and 6 factors, and the final conceptual model was developed. The interview process was performed to collect data in a semi-structured manner until theoretical saturation was achieved. Findings showed that the process of achieving a good management model is a multifaceted issue that requires simultaneous attention to the categories of causal conditions (university-in-service training, leadership-management behavioral balance, governance regulations, developed structure, and environmental demand), contextual conditions (industry-university relationship, strategic human resource management, organizational flexibility), interventionist conditions (public-private sector laws, unplanned evaluation and implementation of successful models) and finally strategies (organizational change management, corporate responsibility, and development of ethical charter of managers). Achieving sustainable growth, increasing the company's social acceptance, humanizing the work environment, corporate accountability, and developing the ethical habits of managers were also identified as the consequences of implementing a good management model

In today's turbulent economic environment, companies are struggling to find ways to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. One of these methods is supply chain management to reduce costs and improve performance to create a competitive advantage and business success. The purpose of this study is on how to use supply chain management by pharmaceutical distribution companies in Iran and its role in the success and competitiveness of companies. The method used in the research is a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). Data collection in the qualitative section was done during an in-depth interview with 30 experts from Iran's top pharmaceutical distribution companies, based on which categories were extracted; Then, in the axial coding stage, the link between these categories was made based on the study of causal conditions and its effect on the central phenomenon of "drug distribution chain management strategy development", as well as the effect of contextual conditions and intermediate conditions on strategic factors The format of the coding paradigm was determined; Then, in the selective coding stage, each component of the coding paradigm was described, the storyline was drawn, and the theory was created; Finally, the research propositions of the research were compiled. In the quantitative stage, the questionnaires were distributed among the top 16 drug distribution companies and the model extracted from the quality section was tested with the help of partial least squares software. Finally, the mentioned model and the hypotheses were confirmed.
