The purpose of this article is to develop and genesis the ethical-oriented corporate branding model in the confectionary industry in Iran and to predict and innuendo the ethical-oriented corporate branding construct in an exploratory study. After identifying the corporate branding ethical constructs in a qualitative study in this research, by interviewing 14 connoisseurs and analyzing the data that acquired from the interviews using the theme analysis method, in a quantitative study and collecting information through a questionnaire of 202 confectionery and chocolate marketers, the partial least squares approach to structural equation modeling has been used to estimate and calculate the relationships in the ethical-oriented corporate branding model. Also, employee based brand equity has been used as a variable of measurement for corporate branding of endogenous construct. Extracting the structural model of corporate branding by four corporate branding predictive constructs including Corporate Ethical Philosophy, Corporate Ethical Communication, Corporate Ethical Culture and Corporate Ethical Image and extracting the measurement model of corporate branding through 14 extracted variables to measure the constructs in a structural model are the results of this research.

Customers are the most important resources of service companies, and so there is no doubt that the condition for achieving profitability of insurance companies depends on analyzing issues related to customer satisfaction and increasing the productivity of the servants. One of the most important factors that insurance companies face with customer satisfaction in providing insurance services is reduce process time of the issuance of insurance policy to customers. This issue has rarely been considered by insurance companies, therefore, in this research, it has been tried to using simulation of the existing system and observing the results of the simulated model, a solution should be provided to improve the duration of the insurance issuance process.
After compiling the model in the software environment, were analyzed the results of the implementation of the discrete-event simulation model and tested to validate the model, and after the simulated model was found to be valid, were developed scenarios for improvement system. The results showed that with the change in each parameter of the number of users issuing the insurance policy, the time of customer referral to the expert physician and the time of response of the specialized tests and the time of appointment of the insurance representative to the insurance policy issuing unit, the duration of the issuance of the insurance policy decreased, and eventually Will lead to improved service delivery and increased productivity, reflecting the effectiveness of the discrete-event simulation technique and the development of operational study methods in the service sector.

The psychosocial work environment as a way to deal with stress and mental disorders and social challenges is one of the new topics in the field of management studies. The purpose of this paper is to identify the dimensions and components of this variable in selected government organizations. The research method is mixed. Statistical population in the first stage consists of both university and executive experts and in the second stage of managers and experts of the Qom province medical sciences and two subsidiaries. The statistical sample included 12 people in the qualitative section by Delphi technique and 144 in the quantitative section through Krejcie and Morgan table. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert judgment and its reliability by Cronbachchr('39')s alpha calculation. Using Kendall test and factor analysis through SPSS and LISREL software, 20 components were extracted and tested in 8 dimensions of psychosocial work environment. Ranked by these dimensions are leadership, role expectations, commitment to the organization, job demands, job control, organizational culture and atmosphere, work-life balance, social interactions.

Rapid changes in today complex environment cause organizations at the risk of bankruptcy. Systematic action research did at one of the major banks in Iran. According to VSM subsystems, the diagnostic results show some failure detected for adaptability in this bank. After diagnosing, the model of the viable banking system proposed

With the development of Web 2.0 technologies and social media tools in organizations, the way of the organizationchr('39')s information systems operation has improved to gain competitive intelligence. The best sources of information in organizations is user generated content about the company, product and competitors that are shared on social media and companies can take advantage of the hidden knowledge pattern in this information by using analytical technique in big data. To this end, important goals of this study are providing social market intelligence framework based on web 2.0 Using Text-Mining on Social Media and also comparing web 2.0 social market intelligence status between Emersun and Samsung brands through competitive analysis. The method of this study is qualitative and the way of data gathering is done through literature review, interview with experts and also using text mining among 3860 customer textual data. The findings of the literature review and interviews led to the presentation of 4 dimensions of the web 0.2 based social market intelligence framework. The clustering technique was used to extract the indicators and sub-indicatores in each of the dimensions, all of which were confirmed by the experts. In order to compare the web 2.0 based social market intelligence status of brands, Emotional analysis of words was used, and the results show that the Samsung brand has attracted positive reviews from customers in most of the indicators. Finally, due to the existence of hidden relationships in the main indicators, structural-interpretive method was used to determine the relationships between them.

The systems dynamics emphasize the participation of individuals in modeling as well as modeling evaluation. In recent years, participative model building methods have been developed, both individually and in groups, as well as crowd model building, which are based on the mass participation of people through the Web 2 and social networks. However, so far no systematic study has been done to evaluate the effectiveness and compare these modeling methods. On the other hand, in the development of modeling methods, especially crowd model building; special features and characteristics have been enumerated for each of them, which needs to be carefully examined by evaluating them. Therefore, this article seeks to systematically evaluate and compare the crowd and group model building. For this purpose, these two modeling methods have been studied through an online questionnaire. The results showed that the participants acknowledged the positive effect of crowd and group model building sessions in achieving the goals as well as the importance and usefulness of these sessions. However, the results showed that crowd model building is more useful in recognizing different dimensions of crowdfunding with a divergent view, dissemination of topics, and culture building in society, while group model building has been more useful in deepening peoplechr('39')s knowledge of the dimensions of crowdfunding with a convergent view, increasing the commitment of individuals. The results also showed that the diversity of individuals and the informal structure of the sessions have a significant effect on the success of crowd and group model building.

Adopting a scientific approach to management and human resource management in Iran is less than a century old. This study has studied the evolution of "human resource management knowledge" in Iran using the qualitative research strategy of the Grounded Theory. The research data were obtained from interviews with a group of veteran professors of Iranian management knowledge, supplemented with data collected from written sources. The oral and written data of the research were then analyzed using open coding, central coding, and selective coding. The final theory based on the systematic model of the Strauss and Corbinchr('39')s Grounded theory categorizes the evolution of human resource management knowledge in Iran into four historical periods: "period of formation", "period of growth", "period of separation" and "period of re-creation" of human resources.

The purpose of this study is to present the model of production resilience in Iran (case study Saipa Automotive Group). The approch of this study is a mix method. In the qualitative part, grounded theory was used according to the systematic method of Strauss and Corbin. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with production experts and continued until theoretical saturation based on the snowball technique. Out of 930 key phrases obtained from the interviews, 711 first level codes, 137 second level codes, 68 concepts and 32 categories were obtained. The qualitative evaluation of the model was performed and approved according to Strauss and Corbin in all dimensions. Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software were used to quantify the model. All significant numbers greater than 1.96 and standard coefficients greater than 0.4 were obtained and the model was approved. Due to the fact that the GOF (Goodness of Fit) was 0.712, the fit of the final model was confirmed. The most important research findings in the field of action strategies included factors such as developing the vision of resistance economy at the strategic level, production commensurate with the localization of provincial regions, implementation of internalization instead of outsourcing and establishing a training center for jihadi managers in creating resilience.
