Today's world is more competitive than ever, and industry increasingly looks to supply chain management as a competitive weapon. the objective of this research is to suggest an integrated approach for Closed Loop Supply Chain network including two phases. In the first phase, a framework for supplier selection criteria in RL is proposed. Beside a fuzzy method is utilized to evaluate suppliers based on quantitative and qualitative criteria. The output of this stage is the weight of each supplier according to each part.in the second phase, we propose a Multi Objctive mixd-integer linear programming model to determine weight of suppliers and amount of item for purching from them(strategic decisions), as well as weight of remanufacturing subcontractor and dedicate product to them (tactical decisions), and find out the optimal number of part and products in CLSC network(operational decisions). The objective functions maximize profit of selling, minimize factory cost as well as cost of unsatisfied demand and rest of them maximize weight of suppliers and allocate return product between recoverable centers in factory and remanufacturing subcontractors. the mathematical programming model is validated through numerical analysis.

Over the last few decades, reliability engineering has been successfully applied in many industries to improve the performance of equipment maintenance management. Many optimization models and researches are developed and widely used to achieve a high level of maintenance, i.e. the balance of performance, risk, resources, and cost to achieve an optimal solution. although, the application of these techniques to medical equipment is very new,One of the major challenges is how to improve the safety, security and reliability of medical devices. In this paper a FMEA based assessment model is proposed to improve human reliability in medical devices. Fuzzy linguistic variables are used to express the experts’ evaluation for risk factors of sub systems. The results indicate that the human reliability assessment of medical devices must be more focused on reducing soft failures and hidden risks. Also through the designing and developing processes of medical devices, attention must be paid to the communication between operators and designers.

Transferring technology from developed countries to emerging economies is one of the main roads leading to the sustainable development; therefore it is logical these countries which have limited investment capacity in order to develop their own infrastructures should identify successful technology transfer factors to achieve sustainable development and work with the least feasible cost. In this study, after studying related literature to technology transfer as well as interviews with experts in the field of technology transfer and sustainable development, 12 successful technology transfer factors where identified which are effective in achieving sustainable development. Moreover, in another interview with experts, the relationship and the importance of identified factors in the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) were recognized. The results illustrate that elements of proper infrastructures, government participation and political system of the country receiving the technology are known as technology transfer infrastructures and it is necessary for developing countries, which in the process of technology transfer, pay attention to these factors specially to achieve sustainable development.

This study has been done to analyze the impact of external social capital on competitive advantages in two categories: the organization and manager’s relations. The dynamic capabilities as mediator, and also some environmental adjustment were used. The research method is combinational, with explorative approach and develop typology model and the research process is formed in three parts: quantitative- qualitative- quantitative. In the first quantitative step, the basic model was designed by literature review. In the qualitative step, the final conceptual model was outlined with deep interviews and further literature review. The reliability and validity of questionnaire was evaluated with different approaches. The questionnaires were distributed in 13th international building fair in Tehran with random sampling, and 352 returned and complete questionnaires were used for quantitative analysis. The findings show the managerial oriented external social capital did not have a significant (meaningful) impact on mediators, except organizational learning. In contrast, the organizational oriented external social capital had a high significant impact on mediators. The competitive intelligence has an important role between dynamic capabilities dimensions. Also the technological turbulence has the most significant impact between moderators. Based on the findings, pay attention to create strong and influential :union:s, focus on organizational goals in relations and continuous absorption of elite and skilled workers are the most important suggestions for the organizations in this industry.

Abstract Although formulating a consistent strategy is a difficult task for any management team, making that strategy work and implementing it throughout the organization is even more difficult. Without execution even the most brilliant strategy is useless. Being successful requires skills and knowledge to carry out strategic decisions and plans. Research shows that human factors are important factors in the successful implementation of organizational strategies . This study surveyed the factors influencing successful strategy implementation in top Iran‘s banks. this is as a mix study that used grounded theory to get insight about experiences in implementing strategy successfully through in – depth interviews with 18 scientific - practical expert including managers, assistant directors , and academic professors . in order , gathered data to design a model of successful strategy implementation. According to guidelines of open and axial coding, in form of 22 sub- category were conceptualized and classified in 6 main category and finally the model was developed. This model also explain factors influencing the successful strategy implementation and also how these elements interact with each other. outcome of model including goal and vision achievement, organizational consensus and Organizational Agility. Key words: strategy, successful strategy implementation, behavioral perspective

Currently, a large number of products are being sold with warranty policies and product warranty has started playing an important role in today’s fiercely competitive products market. In this study, a model for determining the optimal price of PRW with fixed period presented. In designing this model, the rate of rectification costs in the product warranty period is affected by inflation rate, and customers are risk averse for future repair costs. The cost of failure is considered as a random variable and the failure rate of products as a function of time. Using the Exponential utility function, a model for determining the optimal warranty cost, based on risk averse buyers point of view, was developed. Furthermore, the sensitivity of the optimal warranty price is analyzed with a numerical example with respect to such factors as (1) the customers' risk preferences, (2) their perceptions about the product failure rate, and (3) the customers' repair price.

In recent years, the effectiveness of teamwork is proposed as a strategic and vital concept in organization which improves the business process and enhances human force performance. Members of group should rest assured that the group has the skills and necessary competencies to achieve the objectives and its prerequisite is the knowledge of good character of leaders and members. The objective of present research is to examine good character influence on effectiveness of teamwork among the artistic groups of Isfahan city. This research was conducted using descriptive-metrical method. The studying sample included ninety (90) members of artistic groups in Isfahan city in 2014 that were selected by means of stratified random sampling. Good character questioner and effectiveness of teamwork questioner were tools of data collection. In this research, data analysis was done by SPSS and SMART PLS softwares. Findings demonstrate that the good character has been effective on effectiveness of teamwork among artistic groups of Isfahan city. Keywords: Character, Good character, effectiveness of teamwork.

Today, sustainability emphasize on various aspects of organization with respect to economical, political, social and environmental. Therefore, it is vital both of the present and future generations. Most companies have found that in order to efficient and effective promotion of sustainable production needed to be define, measure and control sustainable production attributes. Therefore, the measure of production sustainability has become an important subject in production and operations issues. In this regard, the present study aims evaluation the current status of sustainability and predicts the future status of sustainable production in Kalleh dairy company by using the techniques of multi grade fuzzy approach and artificial neural network. The main data of this research were collected and analyzed with the academic experts and company managers. The results indicate that the sustainable statues during the 1389-1394 were slowly sustainable, fairly sustainable, fairly sustainable, slowly sustainable, fairly sustainable and fairly sustainable, respectively and it is predicted that the statuses sustainable production statues of the company in 1395 will be is fairly sustainable.
