Developing and increasing technology-oriented and high tech products export is one of the most important goals of Iran long term strategies. Exporting technology-oriented goods & services is the culmination of scientific & technological activities which may lead to sustainable employment, great surplus value, national power and wealth for the country. In this paper, technology- oriented export companies of Pardis technology Park which are under supervision of presidential science and technology deputy have been studied. In this regard, by using exploratory mixed method, Facilitator factors affecting technology-oriented goods has been recognized by qualitative research through directional qualitative content analysis method in five categories (Chamber of Commerce, presidential science and technology deputy, government in macro level, international partners and cooperative level). At the next step these factors have been analyzed using interpretive structural modeling and Dematel method which are soft modeling approaches. Factors of casual relationships and also their interpretive structural graded model were extracted and factors relating to the government clusters are recognized as the most important Enablers for developing technology-oriented goods.

Nowadays organizations are involved with different crises which impair their existence and survival through various directions. In such conditions, organs will gain success with enough recognition about current crises, predict and prevent them, provide proper conditions as well as reducing and controlling them. This study was conducted with the purpose of knowing effects of organizational intelligence on managementinstitute crises and the base of description correlation. Statistical study community includes managers and personnel working in command center and operational part of Esfahan Power Choler Factory with their minimum degree have been expertise in 400 people. Model volume using Kukeran formula in the number of 178 persons has been accounted and method random classificatory sampling has been suitable to statistical community volume. Device for gathering data has proven Albrkht’s standard 49 questionnaires (2010) for testing organizational intelligence and 21 questionnaires for testing crisis management which was justifiable in two contents, structure and final methods of questions with use of Alfay krunbakh method for organizational intelligence (0/942) and crisis management (0/908) has been confirmed. Data analysis with use of Amos 21 software and in modeling method of structural equivalences has been done. The results of revision of study hypothesis showed that organizational intelligence with index of (0/945) has sever direct effect on organizational crisis control which has been created before, during and after crisis. This is when among 7-factors components organizational model “common destiny” component with (0.987) effect has had most role in control of institute crisis in comparison with other components.

Nowadays, technology and smart phones have become a necessity. Satisfying customer or consumer about using this technology has become a competitive issue, and this competition exist in each and every region with no exception. The aim of this study is to survey the impact of the quality including quality of content, system quality and service quality, on perceived hedonistic and utility, and on customer satisfaction. In terms of aim, this study is applied and it is also a descriptive - causal study. Population of this study is Samsung Smartphone customers in Khorramabad city; study sample consist of 300 respondents which were randomly selected. Data analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPPS (22.0) and AMOS (21) software. Results show that all hypotheses were accepted.

Interaction of companies with customers in the form of customer relationship management has changed significantly. Identifying characteristics of different customers and allocating resources to them according to their value to the firm has become one of the main concerns in customer relationship management. The purpose of this paper is to provide an appropriate model for customer segmentation based on some of the most important financial and demographics characteristics influencing factors of customer lifetime value (CLV). The process proposed in this study was performed in Saman insurance company. After determining RFM model indices, which include date, frequency and monetary of purchase, AHP method used for weighting them among 180000 customers. The optimal number of clusters based on the silhouette and impact of RFM indicators was done by using Two-step algorithm and then customers classified through K-Means clustering algorithm. Results provided a platform to analyze the characteristics of customers in three main sections. Also, by prioritizing clusters based on the RFM indices, valuable customers were identified. Finally, some suggestions were presented to the company to improve its customer relationship management system.

Surfing sites of renowned Iranian firms, it can be recognized that they are just using few of web 2.0 tools such as social networks and RSS for achieving their business goals. Enterprise 2.0 is a new concept and it effects all dimensions of organizations. Therefore getting ready for it before implementing Enterprise 2.0 concepts and technologies in the organization is essential. The goal of this paper is presenting an Organizational Readiness Model for Enterprise 2.0, by which firms can calculate their organizational readiness for Enterprise 2.0. For this purpose, after reviewing literature, an initial model was developed and after asking the opinions of experts, final model was developed. The final model includes 5 stages for Organizational Readiness named Stimulation of Interest, Initiation, Legitimization, Decision to Act, and Action. It is also composed the factors named High market risk, External and social pressure for Enterprise 2.0 adoption, Familiarity with Enterprise 2.0 benefits, Fitness of needs with Enterprise 2.0, Existence or development of Enterprise 2.0 goals and strategies, Alignment of Enterprise 2.0 goals with organizational goals, Positive attitude and tendency of management and employees toward Enterprise 2.0, Senior management support and commitment, Presence of an appropriate organizational culture, Presence of pioneers and champions, Presence of a good and qualified technical team, Presence of a flat organizational structure, Determining the target audience, and Holding Enterprise 2.0 training programs and seminars.

Given the importance of ethics in business success, management students need to understand ethics and moral judgment to deal with ethical issues and they should become familiar with individual and organizational factors affecting it. Among these factors, ethical climate and ethical ideology can affect moral judgment and cause it to chang. In fact, organization ethic principles are the cornerstone for people’s lifestyle that affects their moral judgment in challenging situations. These effects can be different according to ethical ideology. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of ethical climate on moral judgment and investigates the mediating role of moral ideology (idealism and relativism). Research sample was 309 business students in Lorestan University. Data collected using questionnaires and scenario were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. Results show that the ethical climate both directly and indirectly through idealism positively affects the moral judgment, but this effect was not moderated by relativism. In addition, ethical climate has a positive effect on idealism and negative effect on relativism. Likewise, Idealism and relativism have a positive and negative effect on moral judgments respectively. This study focuses on the different role of ethical ideology in moral judgments especially among management students as its innovation aspect which has not been considered by researchers, and can have a major contribution in the field of management.

Most organizations use a variety of control mechanisms to direct and influence the attitudes and behaviors of employees, and assurance effectiveness of organizational goals attainment tools. So with regards the special status of organization structure and its role in leading the attitudes and behaviors of employees and various aspects of the job, the purpose of this paper is study effects of organizational structure and job characteristics on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Tax affaire organization of Tehran. Present study is a descriptive survey and to collect data, a questionnaire has been used that 350 numbers of employees in the Tax affaire organization of Tehran were selected as research sample. In this research, for data analysis, hypothesis and model testing, Cronbach's alpha coefficient test, Path Analysis (Multiple Regression) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were used under the both SPSS and LISREL software. Research findings indicate that Among the organizational structure variables, formalization is the most important influencing negative factor on Skill Variety, Task Identity and Task Autonomy. Also, it can be regarded that centralization is the main influencing factor on Task Significance and Feedback. Moreover, Among the job characteristics variables, job Feedback has the maximum effect on job satisfaction. Finally, the research finding indicated that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

The aim of this study was investigation the effect of leadership style on the performance of learning culture regarding to the role of intermediate of organizational climate. The statistical society of this study had been consisted of 264 managers and employees of Mofid Rahbar audit institute, that 157 of them were selected as the sample. All data of this study were collected through a questionnaire and randomly And they were analyzed by SPSS and Amos software. The validity of research questions were investigated and confirmed by using content validity and confirmatory analysis method, as well as this their reliability was investigated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results and findings of this study indicated that regarding to direct leadership style does not affected on the performance of learning culture, therefore, organizational climate as a mediator plays a full role in influencing the performance ofthe learning culture.
