One of the applicable techniques which are used for modeling and solving optimization problems is response surface methodology (RSM). Response surface methodology is a collection of tools for fitting a surface to a set of data and determines optimal levels, this method used of a regression model for optimization problems Some real world problems include determining optimum values of input variables in order to obtain the desired levels of output variable (response surface variable). In this paper considering the Importance of four factors: Cooling Time, Pressure of injection, injection Speed and Heater temperature as the independent input variables for the variables of effective input factors and the response surface quantity and qualitative variable (Twin and Concurrently) in relation between input variables and response surface variables with the nonlinear regression model. Response variables would be crisp and fuzzy, for this Reason has been used of bi-level programming and fuzzy dual response surface methodology. Then the optimal value of each parameter is obtained by Meta-Heuristics algorithm (NSGA-II).

Abstract Nanotechnology policy making in different countries is performed using various programs. Each country according to its own characteristics and uses of various actors is endeavored critical to the development of this critical field of application. In Iran a special committee of nanotechnology as the key responsible to policy making in this area was formed in 2003 and two years later, Nanotechnology Development Plan has been formulated. This research using Network Analysis Approach is aimed to focus on Nanotechnology Strategic Plan in order to find that to which extent decision making in this area is based on optimal and efficient networking between involved programs and actors in the field. Research findings are showed that there is a relatively significant distribution and balance of power among actors and programs and also an network of communications and co-operations have been formed. Finally, in some of sections, there are centers of power in the network that these arose from the circumstances and needs of the country and have been formed based on purposeful policy making.

There are too many different reasons for organizational project failures. Non-supportive management, internal resistance, and situational changes can be mentioned as some of the most important reasons. In formation sciences (IS) projects follow the same rules. Because of their considerable effect on the quality and quantity of organizational output, this article tries to propose some solutions to minimize the probability of such failures in Iranian organizations. Informatics Services Corporation (ISC) as the largest e-banking company in Iran has been chosen as the case of study. Vensim software (Version 9) was applied to simulate the real situation available in ISC. By testing different solutions, it was conducted that the most effective ones are: continuous training, establishing sustainable management systems via process clarification and procedure deployment, helping to ameliorate contactors' financial condition, and clear written contractual relations instead of verbal agreements in all phases of the projects. The major advantage of this article is its concentration on project gap.

Nowadays, in most of the organizations such as project-based organizations, outsourcing the projects and transferring the activities are followed by concentrating in core capabilities, reducing size, achieving the best performance, and controlling and transparency of costs. Since each of the outsourcing projects commits the responsibility of performing each part of the project activities to a contractor for a specific period of time and determined costs, this outsourcing process is it self considered as a project. Therefore, despite its numerous advantages, in some situations, it fails, and the most important reason for this failure is lack of using appropriate methods and techniques of management in risk assessment. As a result, the purpose of this paper is presenting a risk assessment model in outsourcing process using the analytic hierarchy process and PROMETHEE methods in fuzzy environment.

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship of knowledge sharing in organization on the success of talent management system with considering the social capital in petroleum industry. The main question in this article is "How can we implement TM and knowledge sharing by using their relationship"? The results showed that it happens via social capital. For this purpose, 3 questionnaires for evaluating TM, knowledge sharing and SC were distribute among 174 of human resource managers and experts in the staff divisions of Iranian National Petroleum Company and its affiliated branches located in Tehran by using randomized classification method. Finally, 62 people with sample formula were selected. Among them, 57 were returned (35% of the population). Analysis of data via structural equation model (SEM) supported the mediator role of SC on the relationship between TM and knowledge sharing variables. It means that focus on social capital and employing it in organizations can affect the success of implementing TM and knowledge sharing variables in organizations.

In today’s dynamic and competitive markets, industries and services require the methods, which can overcome the environmental challenges, and provide non-wasting production and services to the customers. Such tools can be achieved through pure production method. Therefore, by studying the literature review of pure production models in the supply chain, 14 major identification factors were identified in the form of a questionnaire presented to the experts and managers of automobile industry supply chain in order to specify the relationship and sequence of these factors through ISM method, and then confirm using path analysis technique. In this regard, these factors were located at five levels. The first level includes wasting and contentment of client; the second level is related to source control and continuous improvement; the third one involves the structure of material flow, supplying development and selection; the fourth level consists of educating and empowering, contacting with client and supplier and information flow structure; and the fifth level includes management behavior, methods and staffskills. The order of factors has helped the managers that if they implement these factors for the improvement of production methods and approaching to a pure production, from which factor they would initiate.

Software development companies face with high environmental change due to the high level of competition for personalized products, reducing production time and high speed of emerging technologies. These organizations need to increase their agility by using agile software development methodology in order to adapt business processes with rapid changes and survive in competitive environment. Successful application of this methodology empower firms in providing value-added products specially in the analysis phase which analysts have to determine customers needs and the software architecture. At first step a comprehensive set of practical factors of evaluating and improving the success of analysis phase in agile methodology is provided. For this purpose through deeply exploring the broad literature the most significance factors were identified. Then the most influential factors have been determined for assessing the success of analysis phase in agile methodology while the software is matured. Following the analysis of survey data, it is suggested that these factors are classified as individual-customer, individual-analyst, interpersonal, organizational, managerial, technological and procedural.

The main objective of this study is investigating the relevance of momentum and liquidity market status on short-term (6 and 12 months), medium-term (24 months) and long-term (60 months) periods. Statistical sample in clouded 270 firms that were accepted during years 82-85 in Tehran Stock Exchange, and are still working. The results showed that liquidity market status is a factor for separation of the market's effects on excess returns in different periods of times. So that the momentum in the companies with high liquidity in 6 months formation and 6 & 12 months holding periods was positive, and the momentum in the companies with low liquidity in 24 & 60 months holding periods was negative. Also there was no significant difference between the profitability of momentum strategy in the companies with high and low liquidity.

The need for flexibility in manufacturing, increased competition, and quick response to meet customer demands in the right time are the necessary subject of discussion in a manufacturing area. There are a number of reasons that affect on a flexible manufacturing system. Scheduling is one significant reason, and affects on a policy that has a direct connection with the dispatching rules. The selection of a rule can be based on several criteria, in which each criterion influences the interactions between them. Thus, a model for the analytical network process (ANP) is needed to find an appropriate dispatching rule. Also, due to the problem nature and uncertainty in the process of pairwise comparison and interactions between the criteria, as well as the selection of dispatching rules, there is no single exact method to be used for solving the presented model. Therefore, considering the existing characteristics in multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) under uncertainty, the ANP model with the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set is used. Then selection of the dispatching rules considering the view of industry experts is done. Finally, the appropriate ranking for this selection is proposed.
