Abstract: One of the most important responsibilities of governments, particularly in developing countries is executing infrastructure projects. Vital need for countries to undertake these projects on one hand and the lack of financial, managerial and executive government in implementing them on the other side reveals the necessity of take advantage new policies in this regard. Public and private sector partnership (ppp) is one of the most common and widely used of these policies and tendency to them over the past two decades have been increased. But the long-term nature of the projects and the rapid changes in the market led to numerous conflicts during the executive phases, so that the studies conducted, indicate that the majority of these projects have been associated with several negotiation steps. The goal of this article is to use game theory as one of the most applied scientific methods to resolve the economic disputes and provides appropriate strategy for overcoming financial problems and prevents delays in projects implementation. The model presented in this study is a kind of dynamic game with complete information and has the highest correlation (compatibility) with the real space, considers a variety of phenomena such as private contractor who seized the opportunities, money time value, and different political costs imposed to the state. Finally, the strategies to prevent conflicts and improve the administrative process have been provided in PPP.

existence a big market for insurance industry, on the one hand and low amount of insurance penetration, in the our country on the other hand, motivate using the concept of demand chain management to explore in value at the view of customers as a main component of DCM, and then explain and design this system with cause mapping. the problem that this research seeks to answer is behoove to attention customers preferences and tendencies in order to obtain competitive advantage, and to explore customer demand chain for better understanding of customer demands to translate these findings into new product and services. With this regard that demand chain management concept includes all process of demand and plans to integrative supply and demand process based on value proposition to the customers. In this paper has been attempt with using mixed method research approach develop a conceptual model for explanation DCM in the insurance industry. In this paper after describing research problem, DCM concept explained then research method has been proposed. In this process at the first with quantitative analysis approach value in the viewpoint of customers assessed and classified in four categories, then with qulititative approach and using casual mapping, demand chain management has been modeled. Final output of this research is developed model of DCM based on integrative map of experts.

The research type is descriptive - correlation research which is done through survey method. Statistical population of research is family business in Tehran that at least two members of the family are involved in the ownership or management of the organization. Based on available information, Statistical population has been 600 companies and the sample size was 235 companies. In this research main tool for data collecting is a questionnaire that it`s validity and reliability has been measured. According to previous studies, questionnaires and interviews with family business owners, variables that influenced on the apathy of people to participate in the family business, are: micro scale collected Perspective, micro scale Structure and micro scale Interaction. Exploratory factor analysis was used to identify latent variables. The relationship between these factors and the main factor was measured by confirmatory factor analysis. It was shown that lack collected perspective has greatest impact on the apathy and incoherent structure, meanwhile fitting the model. The identified factors were highly correlated with the main factor. Therefore, we can conclude that three marked factors influenced on the apathy to family business

Method for Reliability Evaluation of users bank branches Customer satisfaction is one of the Successful factors for banks to achieve excellence. Apparently, making an error or mistake is kind of exceptions in serving our customers. But the fact is happening in the real world. This study examines the causes of human errors and calculates the reliability of users' work in bank branches. This has contributed to the literature, completing questionary by experts, professionals and users of bank branches to collect information, analyze users' jobs and identify errors. In this study, we use HEART method which is a measuring method of reliability. After calculating and analyzing of collected data, the reliability rate has obtained 0.072.finally we proposed some ways to decrease error rate and also we can refer important factors like improper behavior of boss, assistant and customer with users and perform some contemporary work with high volume. : Reliability, human error, Bank Tellers, HEART method

Inherent ambiguity and uncertainty in the nature of human resource because of bounded rationality and cognitive limitations always make difficult to predict behaviors of such complex system. Thus, predicting in this area necessitates modeling approaches to model ambiguity as part of system. The purpose of this study is to apply artificial intelligence and advance optimization algorithms to modeling personnel efficiency. To do so, it uses “Emotional Quotient (EQ)” and “individual characteristics” as input variables and “responsibility”, “work speed” and “work accuracy” as output variables. In order to model personnel efficiency, an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Optimized System (ANFIS) is introduced. This system utilizes genetic algorithm and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) method. It can predict personnel efficiency with minimum training error, minimum predicting error and maximum adaptability to the real efficiency. It is worth mentioning that, for 84% to 96% of records, the extracted models are the same as the real efficiency.

effectiveness, and risk management are vital for enterprises which encounter the pressure to survive in the competitive marketplace. There are assessment tools developed to aid organizations in this regard. In this research an assessment model for collaborative maturity in inter-organizational networks is introduced. We have first investigated collaborative models, conceptual collaborative frameworks and the model for collaborative maturity, “collaborative maturity in inter-organizational networks” and interoperability. After analyzing the maturity models, five levels are resulted; independent, temporary, coordinated, standardized and optimized. Using the “Design Science ” approach and “Meta Synthesis” research methodology, seven dimensions (structural, moral, process, data & information, strategy, systems and innovation) and twenty-five indexes are extracted. In the next stage the proposed model has been assessed based on experts’ opinion. A binary testing has been applied to analyze the questionnaires. All indexes were approved and none were omitted. Using Friedman testing, components of each dimension are then prioritized. Weighted average method has been used to calculate weight of components to determine the final score for each component. Using another questionnaire, we studied Iranian Milk Industry Commercial Company which has had collaborations in Shabab network. The collaboration maturity level in network was between 1 and 2. Finally, based on the literature review, solutions are proposed to achieve higher levels of the maturity and improve the weaknesses of the company.

In recent years the administrative organizations have witnessed increasing changes in the world of management, facing them with a range of principles and ideas suggesting them how to brace success in making their objectives come true. Recognition of the customers' needs and factors effective on their satisfaction, and adopting proper strategies to meet them; also to know where the organization is standing in the competition arena, are of the most important activities by the organizations. The Statistical Center of Iran, as the organization in charge of the national statistical system, ought to seek the customers' and users' satisfaction over the services provided by the SCI and to further cement its significant position. The present research seeks to figure out the position of the SCI in the eyes of its customers. To choose the criteria and prioritize them the Analytical Hierarchy Process model (AHP) was used and to find out the SCI's position the improved model by Cook & Siford, a multi attribute decision making model (MADM) was applied. For the study, in the first step the indexes effective on positioning the SCI including data accuracy, data accessibility, data trustworthiness, and data objectivity were picked up; and in the second, the significance of each index was estimated in two ways: (1) from the viewpoint of the SCI's senior experts, (2) in the eyes of data users. In order to determine the positions of a number of organizations in addition to the SCI, the Assignment model by Cook & Siford was used. The expected results of the study are to figure out the current position of the SCI in connection with 4 major and 20 minor indices and determining its general position as compared to those of peer organizations. At the end some suggestions are offered.
