The main issue in management science is decision making, and the success or failure of any manager can be considered dependent on his decisions. One of the methods that can help a lot in the correctness of managers' decisions is collective decision-making. This article tries to explain the concepts related to collective decision making and then the most important questions related to this method are answered using the grounded theory method. In this article, using the semi-structured interview, the opinions of 36 organizational and academic experts have been used. After collecting data through interviews, the components were coded openly, axially, and selectively. The results show that there are 35 concepts around the central phenomenon of collective decision-making that can be divided into 6 categories: causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, central phenomenon, strategies, and consequences. An important innovation of this paper is the presentation of a collective decision model using the grounded theory method that can convey useful information to managers in a concise manner, and motivate them to use this method.

Good management is a vital and dynamic member of the organization that causes the participation of employees in organizational policy-making and defines the goal of the company's activity to provide services to the community and prioritize the company's profits. The purpose of this research is to design a conceptual model of good management in manufacturing-commercial companies with a qualitative approach using grounded theory. The statistical population of the study includes 21 members including scientific experts and executives who were selected for the interview purposefully through the snowball method. By analyzing the data during three stages of open, axial, and selective coding, 527 initial codes were classified into 95 concepts, 26 subcategories, and 6 factors, and the final conceptual model was developed. The interview process was performed to collect data in a semi-structured manner until theoretical saturation was achieved. Findings showed that the process of achieving a good management model is a multifaceted issue that requires simultaneous attention to the categories of causal conditions (university-in-service training, leadership-management behavioral balance, governance regulations, developed structure, and environmental demand), contextual conditions (industry-university relationship, strategic human resource management, organizational flexibility), interventionist conditions (public-private sector laws, unplanned evaluation and implementation of successful models) and finally strategies (organizational change management, corporate responsibility, and development of ethical charter of managers). Achieving sustainable growth, increasing the company's social acceptance, humanizing the work environment, corporate accountability, and developing the ethical habits of managers were also identified as the consequences of implementing a good management model

The purpose of this study is to present the model of production resilience in Iran (case study Saipa Automotive Group). The approch of this study is a mix method. In the qualitative part, grounded theory was used according to the systematic method of Strauss and Corbin. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with production experts and continued until theoretical saturation based on the snowball technique. Out of 930 key phrases obtained from the interviews, 711 first level codes, 137 second level codes, 68 concepts and 32 categories were obtained. The qualitative evaluation of the model was performed and approved according to Strauss and Corbin in all dimensions. Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software were used to quantify the model. All significant numbers greater than 1.96 and standard coefficients greater than 0.4 were obtained and the model was approved. Due to the fact that the GOF (Goodness of Fit) was 0.712, the fit of the final model was confirmed. The most important research findings in the field of action strategies included factors such as developing the vision of resistance economy at the strategic level, production commensurate with the localization of provincial regions, implementation of internalization instead of outsourcing and establishing a training center for jihadi managers in creating resilience.

the lack of knowledge behind the identification of factors affecting the formation of the appropriate composition of distribution channels and the resulting results, has led the researcher to formulate and expand knowledge in this field of marketing in the form of academic studies. For this purpose, using a qualitative research method based on data-foundation theory, by interviewing 16 experts and specialists in the field of distribution channels, a conceptual model was designed in this field. The findings of this qualitative study show that causal factors influencing the composition of distribution channels can lead to financial results such as: reducing costs (reducing marketing costs, reducing operating costs, etc.) and increasing revenue and share. Market (increase in catalytic sales, increase in potential income and consumption, increase in profit margins, and increase in the level of coverage, etc.). The results showed that causal factors influencing the formation of distribution channel combinations include market context (target market, market access and market map) and distribution channel chain (analysis of current channel chain, direct and indirect channel composition, channel proposal). Alternative, channel reorganization). Modifiers in the process of shaping the composition of distribution channels include: sales complexity and market responsibility and underlying factors include the company's promotion policies (traction and compression promotion policies) and channel composition shaping strategies. Distribution lines include: alignment of distribution channels, customer lifecycle management, ease of use of the channel, willingness to repurchase, customer satisfaction and customer trust.

Research studies on new financial products development in the capital markets of Islamic countries and Iran have often focused on the technical and shari'ah (religious) design of financial products and neglected the marketing approach to the New Product Development (NPD). The purpose of this research is to explore important categories and determine their relationships in order to provide a model for developing new financial products in the capital market of Iran with a marketing approach. In this qualitative research, the grounded theory strategy was used to design the research model. To identify academic-executive new products experts in the capital market, snow-ball sampling were used and after 14 interviews, theoretical saturation was obtained. The collected data were implemented in Word software and analyzed using Maxqda software. The research data were analyzed in three stages: open coding (712 descriptive codes), axial coding and selective coding. The findings show that the final model consists of 6 main categories, 20 subcategories and 129 abstract concepts. The most frequent concepts were respectively intervening conditions (69 codes), causal conditions (15 codes), strategies (13 codes), contextual conditions (12 codes), core phenomenon and outcomes (each of them 10 codes). The “stages” of new financial product development were identified as core phenomenon of the model. The research findings show that capital market managers and policy makers need to pay attention to all categories of causal conditions, intervening conditions, contextual conditions, strategies and outcomes of new product development, and take a marketing and multifaceted approach to new financial products development.

Solidarity is a process whereby countries that are behind the technology front line, compensate for their technological divide with advanced countries and can compete with those countries in market share. In the process of solidarity, different countries have taken different paths, some leading to success and some leading to failure. Therefore, a proper strategy and framework and an appropriate level of technological capability and absorption capacity are essential. Given the extensive literature and the lack of a framework for consistency, the purpose of this study was to derive a framework based on a systematic review of articles and analyze them based on the hyperbolic method and data theory. The framework was extracted from the study of 90 articles published by 2018 in the field of management and business in the Q1 and Q2 scopes of JSC Scopus or JCR to finally provide a framework for technological catch up. This framework has provided a paradigmatic model based on the data process of the foundation and combined with previous research. Finally, three general approaches for consistency including independence, cooperation and participation were introduced and each of the 6 paradigm model categories was explained for these three approaches. In addition to the paradigmatic model, the results of this study have identified the literature gap < span dir="RTL">.

Presenting International Marketing Managers Competency Model
Nowadays, training competent managers is one of the most important topics in the field of management studies. Many of industrial and academic experts believe that competent managers are the main reasons for a country organizations success in both intra and international areas. Present study aims to find international managers competencies by means of grounded theory. Applying theoretical method of sampling, 10 of the most famous and successful Iranian organizations, working in international markets have been chosen as the sample of study. Findings contain 99 concepts through open coding, 18 categories through axial coding and 6 main concepts through selective coding. According to the results, the main phenomenon of this research is the process of extracting of international marketing managers competencies considering the causal factors (mathematical intelligence, cultural intelligence and personality traits), contextual factors (performance of Iranian consultants, performance of chambers of commerce and confounding factors (economic, political, and cultural conditions) through strategies such as work and life experience in the destination country, extensive and systematic market, customers and consumers research, and the formation of a broader network of relationships, which would finally lead to promotion of national brand status, rising of Iranian brand awareness, and increasing of national brand value.

Applying ethics issues into decision making process is effective for ethics enforcement in society. Normative ethics researches through determining the criteria of good and bad actions, try to guide people by presenting ethical norms for certain situations. Also ethical decision making measuring scales cause knowledge for improvements on this (however these scales are mainly based on psychological aspects rather than ethical theories). In this research the Islamic moral doctrine is used as the base for developing a Personal Selling Ethical Assessment Scale. Using Grounded Theory strategy with some modifications, 12 semi-structured interviews with Islamic ethics and marketing experts is done. And by open-coding analysis in Atlas.ti software, the ethical criteria: Committing Anti-Religious, Halal but Anti-Ethical Actions, Breach of Trust and Abuse of Trust, Lying, Bribes & Gifts, Behaviors causing Immorality in future like Reciprocity, Dishonesty and Special Treatment, Lack of Adherence to Commitments and Overpromising, Deception and Conflict of Interest, Scarcity and Inside Information, Creating a Monopoly, Hiding about the product to the customer, Price Discrimination, Manipulation, Abuse of Customer Unawareness, Cheating, Misleading and Puffery, Causing Coercion like Forcing Samples on Buyer and Limiting the Autonomy are extracted. This research focuses on the ethical actions of personal selling in relation to customers and presents some criteria for preventing unethical acts.

In today’s competitive business environment, using holding company has been common in the developed countries, and recently, it has also gained momentum in Iran. These companies create special value through synergy. Todays, multi-business organization management has been more important than ever, and the fact that the number of such holding companies has been increased has also intensified this. This research presents a strategic model for performing the first level of strategic performance through balanced scorecard. It can help parent companies as a dashboard in order to observe subset companies. In this research, after studying the related literature, based on the nature of the subject under study, interview with the managers of these holding companies and their subsets was the best research methodology. After identifying the dimensions, the questionnaire developed by the researchers and quantitative research methods were used for drawing the hierarchy dimensions. Eventually, a model with 11 dimensions at 4 levels was extracted.

Empirical sciences are systems of theories. Scientifics theories build up the human’s knowledge realm through explaining the phenomena and develop it by raising new issues and participating in the formation of new theories in responding them .
This article presents a systematic method for theory building in managerial Studies as well as human oriented researches. The theories take shape by means of extracting and organizing the “concepts” hidden in the research subjects. This logic merges the empirical knowledge (singular statement)with the theorems (universal statements) by justification and generates new deductive theorems with scientific validity. Thus, in the present research “Grounded Theory”(GT) was presented as a widely accepted methodology and the theory building process was explained by means of GT.
An experience of theory building in managerial research was then presented to enlighten the process more clearly. This research studied twelve failed companies to find out the reasons behind the crashed strategies and the findings were presented in the pattern of two theories. The trustworthiness of the two theories was introduced through "falsification" at the end of the article.
The main purpose of this research was to familiarize the human science researchers with “theory building” and to report an actual work through the use of this me methodology. Even though it was restricted to summarizing due to its short structure.
