Abstract The purpose of this research is to design and explain the model of employees' tendency to work deviant behaviors based on the theory of resource protection in Iran's banking industry. The methodological approach of mixed research was exploratory. Two methods of theme analysis and path analysis were used. The qualitative statistical population includes academic and organizational experts and, in the quantitative part, employees of the banking industry, centered in Ahvaz city. In order to collect qualitative data, a semi-structured interview with 12 experts was used, and for quantitative data, a researcher-made questionnaire based on the findings of the qualitative section was used. In the analysis of qualitative data, coding based on basic, organizing and comprehensive codes was used, and in order to analyze quantitative data, structural equations were used in PLS 3 software. The findings of the theme analysis were based on 443 common primary codes, 96 basic codes, 24 organizing codes and 5 inclusive codes. Quantitative findings confirmed the fact that the structure of the development of DBs' deterrence mechanism is directly influenced by the non-productive foundation structures of the banking system and the structures of content-action incompatibility within the structure and non-functional orientations. Indirectly, a behavior is a more decisive variable than the cooperative structure of dealing with DBs. Also, the structure of the unproductive foundation of the banking system is considered as a central structure in relation to the tendency of employees to deviant behaviors. Therefore, in order to manage, control and monitor deviant behaviors of employees,

Abstract One of the biggest challenges facing leaders is the need to empower them to adapt in the face of dynamic and turbulent environments. Research results indicate that individuals with a more developed leadership identity have greater potential for growth and success. However, in practice, in organizations, the process of developing leaders is generally focused solely on developing personal skills and competencies, and the development of the leader's identity is often neglected. On the other hand, the critical realism paradigm claims that by Multi-level Analysis of Reality, it reveals the underlying and hidden parts of phenomena and enables a deeper understanding of them. Therefore, the present study aimed to provide a framework for developing leadership identity based on the critical realism approach. The research strategy was meta-synthesis and the data collection tools were documents. The research findings led to the identification of 19 concepts and 4 themes for the development of leadership identity. The analysis of literature showed that "mechanisms and tools for developing leadership identity" in the context of "environment affecting the development of leadership identity" and under the influence of "other conditions" lead to "consequences" that It will develop leadership identity.

Abstract Perceived organizational obstruction is a negative phenomenon that can cause organizations to face many problems and make their survival and sustainability face serious risks. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and study the factors affecting the emergence of this phenomenon in a precise and scientific way. Considering this necessity and also due to the lack of a coherent framework related to the antecedents and consequences of this phenomenon, the present study was conducted with the aim of modeling the antecedents and consequences of the perceived organizational obstruction. This study is a practical research in terms of purpose and is qualitative research in terms of the nature of the data, and it was conducted with the meta-synthesis method. The statistical population consists of previous studies whose title, abstract and content were evaluated and finally 29 sources were selected for use in the research (as a sample). The collected data was also analyzed using thematic analysis. In the findings section, the antecedents of perceived organizational obstruction were categorized in the form of 2 dimensions, 7 components and 38 indicators and its consequences were also categorized in the form of 2 dimensions, 4 components and 28 indicators. The results can increase managers' insight and awareness of factors affecting perceived organizational obstruction and support them in planning and implementing necessary measures.

Abstract Ecosystems have been popularized as a tool for organizing and managing a wide range of businesses due to their advantages and benefits required by today's markets. Energy markets, as development infrastructures in societies, can also benefit from the capacities of ecosystems for optimal efficiency due to their strategic and complex nature. Lack of understanding of the nature, dimensions, prerequisites, and most important factors affecting the energy ecosystem has limited the opportunity to benefit from it for many managers, decision makers, and markets, and in practice, this efficient management tool is not used optimally in business. This research has attempted to present the framework of a platform-based ecosystem that has not been considered by researchers. This research is a qualitative, applied, and exploratory study. The research population consisted of market management experts and energy industry activists, and with a grounded theory approach, it has identified the categories that have an impact on the research topic. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling and snowball method, and semi-structured interviews using a protocol prepared with the help of scientific and practical experts. Finally, the B2B platform ecosystem framework of the electricity energy market was identified and extracted.
