Capital markets play important roles in economic development of countries and financial policy makers are very interested to have more information about the stock markets attractiveness for investors. One of the most important questions about the stock markets is about the relationship between the attraction of stock market investments with out-of-stock market investments. This paper aimed at investigating the relationship between the out of stock investments (bank deposits and governmental industrial development bonds investments) with the attractiveness of investing in Tehran Stock Exchange (market liquidity and capitalization). The results, at 95% confidence level, revealed that there is a significant positive association between these two markets (monetary and capital markets). The results also implied that investment in these two markets not only is not competitive but complementary.Accordingly, it is concluded that out-of-stock market investments do not reduce stock market investment attraction. This finding is very important when investors will build up a portfolio investment in Iranian markets.

Today's organizations face a complex set of needs of their stakeholders. They cannot satisfy those needs in a good manner because of economical rationality or inability to prepare suitable equipments. So inter-organizational relationships have been choosen as a strategy which nowadays attract much attention. In fact, each organization has a set of interorganizational relationships voluntarily or involuntarily with other organizations which many organizational advantages and disadvantages have roots in such a inter-organizational relationships. Therefore, the Present research aimed at developing a simulation based model to study inter-organizational relationships. In this model, inter-organizational relationships are documented with process approach, and then. analyzed based on volume, time, human recourses, mutual dependency network and decision. According to the analysis results, "to-be" process is redesigned. These changes are suitability analyzed with simulation and implemented if they are confirmed. Finally this model has been implemented in Agriculture Industry Bureau of Jihad -Agriculture Ministry.

Market segmentation by artificial neural networks has no deep root in the history. Generally, this ever developing approach has started since several years ago, and developed to other marketing areas. Now, beside statistical techniques, it is considered as one of the most popular methods in Custamer classification.
In Due to the necessity of recognizing the target market for a specific company, a need for the usage of an effective approach for customers grouping was recognized, in the Present research, and finally cluster analysis with SOM neural networks, was selected, and used for customers clustering.
Firstly, beneficent criteria for market segmentation were identified, and then a proper, questionnaire was designed. After gathering the questionnaires and collecting the data, using artificial neural networks, the customers were clustered, and the obtained, results were analyzed. At the end, the Findings of this method were compared with those of the traditional methods for clusteringusing K-means.

In this research, five entrepreneurship characteristics consisted of achievement need, independent need; risk taking, creativity and determination, for the assess went of entrepreneurship profile of mazandaran university's students were measured.
According to the results of the survey, of the 1843 students of this university, about 21 percent have entrepreneurship characteristics. Total mean score of the students with entrepreneurship characteristics was equal to 39.67, but the total mean score of un-entrepreneur students group was 29.89.In general, total mean score of the students was 31.92.There was a significant difference between this and the minimum of the acceptable mean (=37).
On the other hand, determination trait (with the mean of 7.8) in comparison with other characteristics was more observed among the students of this university. The scores of achievement need, independent need, risk taking and creativity of students were a little different with the minimum of the acceptable mean of these characteristics.

Nowaday, product quality of industrial factories ,has become the challenge for their market share in competitive world .Design of experiment (DOE), as one of the newest methods of improving quality, defines the significantly effective factors and sets their optimum levels by running the experimental design. Among all, the fractional factorial designs runs, have priority to others because of the decrease in the number of In Iran, Despite its disability in resolving interaction effects,Taguchi design as the fractional design subgroup, has been used sofar for its easy analysis.
In this article, a fractional design with high- resolution degree, was defined as a case study on the refractory brick quality in Pars Refractory factory. To reach this target, the fractional design 25-1 with the high resolution degree of V,was designed and run. The results showed that controlling and setting the main interaction effects in the optimum level, lead to the minimum operation time and 41% increase in product quality.
Research and development units can cause promotion in the quality of products by implementing fractional designs with suitable resolution degree and analyzing the main and especially interaction effects.

As the business environment continues to shift into more knowledge-based services, companies who are recognizing the true importance of intellectual capital are going to be more successful. So, in contemporary organizations, one of the most important decisions made by mangers is intellectual capital management and measurement. Also intellectual capital measurement relies heavily on concise and parsimonious indicators.
In this regard choosing the appropriate indicators among too many existing indicators is not so easy and needs some criteria. It also needs some tools such as GSS to facilitate the criteria definition and to weighting. managers after defining the criteria based on the context of the organization by can select the appropriate indicators based on these criteria. This paper reports on an empirical study which introduces a GSS framework for selecting intellectual capital measurement indicators implemented in an automobile manufacturer in Iran in three phases:
1. Investigating the criteria for the evaluation of intellectual capital measurement indicators based on fuzzy AHP approach.
2. 2.Ranking intellectual capital measurement indicators based on the criteria, and
3. Defining some rules to select the intellectual capital measurement indicators in an automobile manufacturer in Iran. indicators in an automobile manufacturer in Iran.

Science has explored the power and influence of human emotions in human mental life and is going to explore and define the locus of excitement and emotions in human activities , moods and behaviors. In intelligence literature, studies has evolveed from rational intelligence - based on diagnosis – moving toward emotional intelligence in management literature, dating back to 1990's. It is considered as an organizational behavior of management skills. Researches have shown that the degree of the emotional intelligence of effective leaders is very high. The managers who are emotionally intelligent are effective managers who can achieve organizational goals, with maximum productivity together with the employees' satisfaction and commitment. Because the leadership style as an ongoing behavior has a determining role on the employees' commitment. The basic question is: how do the role of leadership styles (transformational- transactional) affect the process of components of management emotional intelligent on the employees' organizational commitment. In this research , a conceptual model was developed by using different experts, views with respect to the question. The results showed that
two kinds of leadership styles are complementary and affect the relationship between emotional intelligence and employees' organizational commitment .The transformational leadership style affects the relations of intrapersonal , general mood and stress management components of the managers, emotional intelligence on employees' organizational commitment. The transactional leadership style affects the relations of the adaptability and interpersonal components of the managers, emotional intelligence on employees' organizational commitment. The effectiveness of transformational leadership style(R2=% 53) is more than transactional leadership style (R2= % 47).
Keywords: Organizational commitment-Ional intelligence-Intrapersonal component- Adaptability component-Interpersonal component- General mood component- Stress management component- Transformational leadership-Transactional leadership. leadership style (R2= % 47).
