This study aims to evaluate the effect of gender identity on loyalty emphasizing on personal identity, consumption patterns, and Purchase decision making styles. This study is considered an applied research, and according to the method of gathering data is considered to be descriptive-survey research. The data of this research was gathered from a sample of 492 participants who were users of home appliances in city of Tehran through simple cluster sampling method. Questionnaires were used as data gathering tool. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling via Lisrel software. The findings indicate that gender identity affects brand loyalty, personal identity, purchase decision making styles, and consumption patterns. Also, loyalty is affected by personal identity, purchase decision making styles, and consumption patterns. Finally, personal identity and consumption patterns affect purchase decision making styles.

Reviews have revealed that commercialization of science and technology in humanities has not had proper growth despite close relationship between economic development and development of financial sector. Therefore; lack of literature on commercialization in services point this study toward identifying commercialization processes of financial services. Research methodology in this study was qualitative and by using Triangulation. To identify basic concepts and commercialization phases, library research and semi-structured interviews with academic experts and industry specialists were used. Moreover, semi-structured questionnaires with an open-ended item were employed to sort the phases and extract the commercialization model. To analyze data at the first and the second phases; a combination of structural analysis and interpretation as well as the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) were applied, respectively. Findings at the first phase included twelve steps: business strategies formulation, service ideas generation, screening, business analysis, project authorization, multi-tasking team formation, design of services and processes, design of service delivery system, sales and customer network training and empowering, pilot launch, full-scale launch, and service performance evaluation and improvement. The second phase also contained the prescription of the commercialization process model of innovative financial services in financial markets.

This study has been done to analyze the impact of external social capital on competitive advantages in two categories: the organization and manager’s relations. The dynamic capabilities as mediator, and also some environmental adjustment were used. The research method is combinational, with explorative approach and develop typology model and the research process is formed in three parts: quantitative- qualitative- quantitative. In the first quantitative step, the basic model was designed by literature review. In the qualitative step, the final conceptual model was outlined with deep interviews and further literature review. The reliability and validity of questionnaire was evaluated with different approaches. The questionnaires were distributed in 13th international building fair in Tehran with random sampling, and 352 returned and complete questionnaires were used for quantitative analysis. The findings show the managerial oriented external social capital did not have a significant (meaningful) impact on mediators, except organizational learning. In contrast, the organizational oriented external social capital had a high significant impact on mediators. The competitive intelligence has an important role between dynamic capabilities dimensions. Also the technological turbulence has the most significant impact between moderators. Based on the findings, pay attention to create strong and influential :union:s, focus on organizational goals in relations and continuous absorption of elite and skilled workers are the most important suggestions for the organizations in this industry.

Amir Kargar Samani *, Asadollah Kordnaeij, Seyed Hamid Khodadad Hosseini, Seyed Masoud Mousavi Shafaee In recent decades, global cities have become important in national, regional and international environments of themselves, because they have great effects on space of flows and have been affected by them. In this regards some scientific and international institutes have ranked the global/world cities and have proposed some comparative tables for them. Local and urban governance, also, are items that play significant roles in contrast with central governments, especially in local management. Urban good governance gives privilege to poor, women progress, civic participation, and interaction with public and private organizations in different social areas and effective management in cities. So, this is one of the especial arguments in city management and is investigated, discussed and developed by various institutes. The importance of these two subjects, have been an incentive to use librarian method with utilizing some reliable city, national and international resources to develop a detailed table for urban good governance of 194 global cities. So relations between urban good governance and city urban situation in some aspects could be assessed. This study indicates that urban good governance in different categories of global cities (especially among the highest category and others) has significant meaningful difference.

Attaining wellbeing and promoting standards of citizen's life is one of the pillars of national security of countries since a long time ago, and success of governments in achieving this goal is interpreted as one of their power elements, in a manner that guarantee of social member’s survival and achieving good and happy life is counted among major mission of governments. In present research, besides review of present literature about wellbeing, promoting national wellbeing is considered from perspective of improvement of public service qualities and good governance. Research methodology includes both descriptive and correlation analysis based on Structural Equation Modeling. Data was collected by means of documents and libraries studies. Research results indicated that improvement of good governance components result in national wellbeing promotion. Meanwhile, promoting good governance pave the way of wellbeing promotion in quantities direction such as gross domestic product, education, research, health and … and qualitative directions such as happiness. In other words, promoting good governance has dual objectives such as improvement of quantitative indexes like national product and growth of qualitative indexes such as decrease of social costs of economic growth, safeguarding resources for futur and stability of growth.

The aim of this research was to study the effective factors on customer trust in e-commerce. To do so, the research hypotheses were developed to examine individual, company and infrastructural variables.
Statistical population of this research was the customers, who had the experience of e - purchasing from the e-stores of “Iranian virtual community”.
As the results of data analysis showed, the cooperative and infrastructural variables had positive influence on customer trust but individual variables had no positive influence on customer trust.

In this research, five entrepreneurship characteristics consisted of achievement need, independent need; risk taking, creativity and determination, for the assess went of entrepreneurship profile of mazandaran university's students were measured.
According to the results of the survey, of the 1843 students of this university, about 21 percent have entrepreneurship characteristics. Total mean score of the students with entrepreneurship characteristics was equal to 39.67, but the total mean score of un-entrepreneur students group was 29.89.In general, total mean score of the students was 31.92.There was a significant difference between this and the minimum of the acceptable mean (=37).
On the other hand, determination trait (with the mean of 7.8) in comparison with other characteristics was more observed among the students of this university. The scores of achievement need, independent need, risk taking and creativity of students were a little different with the minimum of the acceptable mean of these characteristics.
