Human resources are one of the valuable sources in every organization that causes the organization development. Nowadays with changes in organizations and their environment, career management of human resource is one of the main strategies for providing a necessary background for development and improvement of human resource and finally the whole organization.
One of the basic factors that has an important role in this case is career management of staff. In this basis, the existance of officient managers who whould have necessary skills to lead career management of staff with development and change in required in each organization.
So in this research, three skills in the form of three hypotheses and rate of their importance are considered and discussed.
The results of this research:
1. The effectivness of “self-knowledge skill” on “career management” is at the first level.
2. The effect of “environmental-knowledge skill” on “career management” is at the second level.
3. The effect of “interpersonal-knowledge skill” on “career management” is at the third level.

During the Industrial Revolution and particularly at the beginning of the Second World War, mathematicians and those involved in the industry became interested in the optimization models. The application of these model was specially developed in industry and services sector after the Second World War. Based on this, designing of the mathematical model for the transportation network of Islamic Republic of Iran’s Post Corporation, which is practically complicated as a result of the multiplicity of communication paths and the variation of transportation systems and vehicles as well as mail items, will be studied according to a multi-level model.
First the transportation system’s data is loaded into the post corporation’s system of transportation data. After estimating the Function Utility of the system, the shortest time and path as well as the vehicle carrying the intended mail item between the two post offices (i & j) will be identified. Finally, the consignments will be transported through the selected paths and based on their weights.
Therefore, besides reviewing the related literature, the history of transportation
systems as well as postal transportation systems will be discussed. Finally, based on the methodology, the findings and proposals will be presented through a multi-level mathematical model.

Nowaday, understanding the reasons of successes and failures are a necessity for organizations survival and performance. Organizations need to learn from their own experiences and the other organizational experiences. Experiences documentation is one of the key issue to increase the organizational knowledge and learning through using the relevant experiences in business and also the organizational performance.
In order to accumulate, document, distribute and use effective of organizational experiences, it is necessary to design an appropriate structure and framework. Therefore, this paper first reviews the related literature and theoretical bases. Then components and attributes of documentation system, evaluation system, reward system and distribution system are identified and explained. Accordingly a conceptual structure for organizational experiences documentation (SOED) is developed. The suggested structure is verified according to the view of experts.

Customer satisfaction through improving service quality considers a critical sucsess factor in the super service organizations. Because of importance of quality and its effects on customer satisfaction in service industries, the key question is how the quality of services can be evaluated. The aim of this paper to determine the most important factors affecting bank service quality, to calculate and analyze effective factors in bank service quality from view points of bank customers and employees, to analyze the gap between customers and employees' expectations and bank performance and finally to provide the posibility of valid scientific improving bank future performance. Factors affecting bank service quality were defined according to the literature. We also asked bank and academic experts view points to adjust the factors and confirm their validity. To calculate factors relative importance weights, a questionair was designed and distributed among a sample group of customers and employees selected randomly. Results of the statistical analyzes show a meaningful difference between the importance weights determined by customers and employees. Also, there is a meaningful differnce between customers and employees priority concerning corrective measures for better future performance. In addition to statistical analyzes, we measured and evaluated bank service quality using four well known models (SERVQUAL, weighted SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, and SERVIMPERF models). The results imply that in all models, not only both customers and employees scored bank service quality more than average, but also customers average score on bank service quality was meaningfully higher than employees average score. Generally, results of this research provided a set of valuable data to bank in order to improve its service quality in future based on both its customers and employees view points.

At the time of entering to the new millennium, changes are occuring with great speed. Today is different from yesterday and tomorow will be different from today. Successful companies, therefore, will be forced to pay more attention to three definite points: extention of globalization, amazing progress of technology, and beginning of world disorder in economy and trade. Recently, marketing models have been used in order to organize the complicated issues in rivalry environment so as to enable us to think through a simple method and to take more effective decisions.
This article tries to conceptualize and test a model of marketing for Persian carpet export as one of the most important export items of the country. A conceptual model of research has been designed and offered based on relevant the principles and theories and through using the views and ideas of the experts and managers of the art and industry of Persian carpet. On this basis, a questionnaire was designed to evaluate the viewpoints of four statistical groups including governmental organizations, producers, exporters, traders and retailers of the Persian carpet. The research findings show a meaningful difference in the relationship and the effects of the model ingredients. The finding of this study provide a basis for policy and decision makers in export marketing especially for carpet industry.

Reviewing literature of the international market attractiveness evaluation and operational practice in Iran demonstrates that two approaches for international market selection are proposed: expansion approack and systematic approach. In expansion approach, firms gradually enter low geographical and cuftural distance markets. But, in systematic approach, by considering some factors and models, firms systematically evaluate and select foreign market(s).
The importance and need for systematically evaluating and selecting potential foreign markets has been stressed by many researchers and several models for selecting international markets had been propos. But, current models do not pass the test of reality, because they are not adapted with exporter decision making process and they are not considered important aspect of reality. So, in this paper, we introduce a comprehensive international market attractiveness model that include demand attractiveness, attainment attractiveness, adaptation attractiveness and competition attractiveness. At last, according to the tested model, a fuzzy decision support system is developed.

Evaluating scientific quality is notoriously a difficult task which has no standard. Ideally, published scientific results should be scrutinized by experts of the related field(s) and should be given scores for qualitative and quantitative factors according to established rules.
It is hardly surprising that methods for evaluating research are being sought, such as citation rates and journal impact factors, which seem to be quantitative and objective indicators directly related to published science. The citation data are obtained from a database produced by the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) in Philadelphia, which continuously records scientific citations as represented by the reference lists of articles from a large number of the world's scientific journals. The references are rearranged in the database to show how many times each publication has been cited within a certain period, and by whom, and the results are published as the Science Citation Index (SCI). On the basis of the Science Citation Index and authors' publication lists, the annual citation rate of papers by a scientific author or research
group can thus be calculated.
Since journal impact factors are so readily available, it has been tempting to use them for evaluating individual scientists or research groups.
Because Journal impact factors are calculated in a way that causes bias on the other hand for evaluation of scientific quality. There seems to be no alternative to qualified experts reading the publications. Then, much can be done, however, to improve and standardize the principles, procedures, and criteria used in evaluation, and the scientific community would be well served if efforts could be concentrated on this rather than on developing ever more sophisticated versions of basically useless indicators. In the words of Sidney Brenner, "What matters absolutely is the scientific content of a paper, and nothing will substitute for either knowing or reading it.

One of the most important legislator institutions in every country is parliament. After selection of parliament deputies by people, one of the most problems is assigning them to the specialized commissions.
In this paper a method for assigning parliament deputies to specialized commissions is introduced by using multi objective decision making (MODM) model. The objectives of the model are: interest, expert knowledge, and record of membership. The importance of the objectives are calculated by AHP method. The decision variables are zero-one.

The role of research in the process of economic development has been proved to be very effective and investment on research has varying effects on economic variables including value added and productivity. These impacts are of importance in industry & mine. In this paper several hypotheses are tested with the aid of various models such as Johnson & Striner, Zakazit, cobb doglas- transendental and linear models. Among them cobb doglas model has proved to be best model implying that:
1- One percent increase in per capita research expenditures in industry sectors increases per capita value added around 0/041 percent after one year.
2- The effect of physical investment of industry & mine sectors on per capita production (average per capita value added ) in these sectors is higher than research expenditure.
This paper contains several parts: The first part refers to literature of the subject and examines the relevant indexes of Iran. Then it examines the trend of industrial research expenditures in Iran and some other countries and it tests relation between research expenditures and value added in industries and mines sectors. Finally it explains the problems in these sectors and provides needed proposals.
