مدلسازی رهبری سازمانی مبتنی بر ادبیات کلاسیک ایران (رویکردی نوین به مدل‌های غیرخطی فازی)

چکیده
رهبری از مباحث بسیار مهم در ادبیات سازمان و مدیریت است؛ همچنین ادبیات کلاسیک ایران نیز در این زمینه دارای مطالب فراوان و مهمی است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل‌سازی رهبری سازمانی مبتنی بر ادبیات کلاسیک ایران (کلیات سعدی، قابوسنامه و سیاستنامه)، است. مطالعه کنونی یک پژوهش ترکیبی و اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان حوزه مدیریت و در بخش کمی شامل کارمندان و مدیران شهرداری شیراز است. بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و دریافت نظر خبرگان، مفاهیم مربوطه استخراج شد؛ در ادامه بر اساس رویکرد دلفی-فازی، مولفه‌های مورد استخراج مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند در مرحله بعد با استفاده از روش ISM روابط مابین مولفه‌های تحقیق طبقه‌بندی گردید. در نهایت از مدل معادلات ساختاری جهت آزمودن مدل طراحی شده خبرگان استفاده گردید. بر اساس مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته تعداد 94 کد نهایی در سه بُعد کلی شامل بعد پنداری با سه زیرتم نگرشی، شناختی و منشی، بعد کرداری با سه زیرتم عوامل فردی، گروهی و سازمانی و بعد گفتاری با زیرتم کلامی، دستهبندی گردیدند. رویکرد دلفی-فازی لجستیک نوع 3 با تابع ورودی شوبرت جهت مولفه‌های مورد استخراج به کار گرفته شدند. در نهایت بر اساس نتایج مشخص گردید مدیران بیش از کارمندان مدل طراحی شده را در رهبری سازمان مورد تأیید قرار دادند. توجه به فرهنگ، تمدن و مذهب که در ادبیات کلاسیک ما به شدت مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ می‌تواند در طراحی مدل رهبری که با شرایط سازمان‌های دولتی کشور تطابق بالاتری داشته باشد؛ موفق عمل نماید.

Organizational leadership modeling based on classical Iranian literature (A new approach to fuzzy nonlinear models)

Leadership and is an important topics in the literature of organization and management. The texts of Iranian classical literature also have many important topics in this field. Based on this, the aim of the current research is modeling the organizational leadership based on classical Iranian literature (Koliyat Saadi, Qabus-Nameh and Siyasat-Nameh). The current study is a mix method and exploratory research. The qualitative statistical population include management experts and the quantitative population includes employees and managers of Shiraz Municipality. After library studies, sem i-structured interviews and receiving the opinion of experts, the relevant concepts were extracted and the final number of 94 codes were confirmed by preliminary data analysis. These codes were categorized into three dimensions, including the thought dimension with 16 codes and three attitudinal, cognitive and character sub-themes; The deed dimension with 60 codes and three sub-themes of individual, group and organizational factors and the words dimension with 18 codes. Experts confirmed the extracted components based on Delphi-fuzzy logistic type 3 approach with Schubert input function. Using the ISM method, the relationships between the research components were classified in three levels. Finally, the structural equation model confirmed the difference in the views of managers and employees compared to the designed model. Managers approved the designed model in organizational leadership more than employees. culture, civilization and religion, which has been highly considered in classical literature can successfully design a leadership model that is more compatible with the conditions of the country's government organizations.
