Organizations will to own employees doing extra-role behaviors voluntarily in order to improve organizational performance. OB researchers are trying for more than 20 years to identify predictors of these kinds of behaviors, which are called organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). One of these predictors is organizational politics perceptions. Although-based on some research results-there is a meaningful negative relationship between organizational politics perceptions and OCBs, workplace spirituality’s potential to reduce negative outcomes of organizational politics perceptions, from one hand, and it’s capability to enhance OCBs, on the other, lead us to study the moderating role of this variable in the relationship between OPPs and OCBs. Hence, this paper is aimed to examine the mediating role of workplace spirituality in relationship between organizational politics perceptions and citizenship behaviors. The results uncovered that the workplace spirituality meaningfully moderates OPPs-OCBs negative relationship.

Nowadays, many organizations face with increasing competition and
uncertainty environment, supported by innovating technologies and the
changing needs of customers. In this environment, past methods in supply
chain loose their ability. One efficient method in this regard is agility. Thus,
for modeling the agility of supply chain, a wide range of research was done
in the literature. The results of this research and interview by experts found
11 critical success factors of agile supply chain. Then these factors were
entered into a questionnaire and the experts of Zobahan Co Supply Chain
were asked to fill in it. The obtained results were analyzed by interpretive
structural modeling and the Correlations between those factors were
determined. The attained correlations indicated that development of the
employees’ skills, employment of IT and programming are the basics of
agility in supply chain. This model would help the supply chain managers in
strategic planning for improving the agility of supply chain.

This paper shows that stakeholders attempt to rely on the reports issued by experts for demonstrating their corporate reputation. On the other hand, experts can affect our attitude and understanding about organizations by using their own criteria. This paper tries to introduce Fortune model and Fombrun Reputation Quotient, which are used for reputation measurement in the western countries. Furthermore, it introduces the Industrial Management Institute Index (IMI100), since there is no other similar list of superior companies in use.
The reader will find out that in today’s conditions, the most favorable streams toward reputation measurement are based on social expectations, whereas there are other reputation measurement streams like reputation measurement that are based on company personality or trust to company. We will try explore the weak and strong points of the IMI100 and bring out some suggestions to improve this model according to social expectations measurement.
