چکیده

موضوع شایستگی‌های مدیریتی بدین جهت حائز اهمیت است که مدیران مسئولیت تدوین استراتژی‌های شرکت را بویژه در مورد بنگاه‌های کوچک و متوسط(SME) بر عهده دارند. فرآیند توسعه شایستگی در SMEها به لحاظ اینکه تفاوت معناداری با سازمان‌های بزرگ دارد از ارزش خاصی برخوردار بوده و نیروی محرکه اقتصاد در کشورهای توسعه یافته بشمار می‌روند. رقابت‌پذیری آنها تا حد زیادی توسط شایستگی‌های مدیران آنها تعیین می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه چارچوب مفهومی شایستگی‌ مدیریتی مالک مدیران SMEها در شهرک‌های صنعتی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای- کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش، آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی 30 نفر از نخبگان حوزه SME‌ها بعنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از نوع فرد ماهر و در بخش کمی با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 305 نمونه، در مرحله اول بصورت نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و مرحله دوم تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. در بخش کیفی داده‌ها با روش شش مرحله‌ای تحلیل براون و کلارک1(2006) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و با روش دلفی اعتبارسنجی شد. بخش کمی نیز از نرم افزارهای Spss، R و Lisrel برای تحلیل‌ توصیفی، استنباطی و تحلیل عاملی استفاده گردید. با تحلیل داده‌های کیفی و مرور متون، پرسشنامه تدوین و پس از تأیید، با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برازش چارچوب مفهومی ارائه شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بنا به یافته‌های پژوهش، تعداد 33 مؤلفه در قالب 4 بعد برای شایستگی مالک‌مدیران شناسایی گردید. ابعاد چهارگانه شامل شایستگی‌های عمومی و فردی، تجاری و بازرگانی، فنی و تولیدی و مدیریتی است.

چکیده [English]

The issue of managerial Consistency is important because it is managers who are responsible for Developing company strategies, especially in the case of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME).The competence development process in SMES has a special value in that it is significantly different from large organizations. The aim of this research is to provide a conceptual framework of managerial competencies of owners of SMEs. The current research is developmental-applicative in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of research method, and qualitative and quantitative methods have been used in the implementation of the research.
In the qualitative section, 30 experts in SMEs were selected as a sample using a targeted sampling method. The type of sampling was skilled person.In the quantitative section, 305 sample were selected using Cochran's formula.first stage, they were selected by stratified sampling and second stage by simple random sampling. The data of this research was collected using triangulation method. In the qualitative section, the data were analyzed with the six-step method of Braun and Clarke(2006) analysis and using the MAXQDA software and validated with the Delphi method.
In the quantitative section, SPSS & R and Lisrel software were used
According to the findings of the research, 33 components were identified in the form of 4 dimensions for the competence of SME's owner-managers.
The four dimensions include general and individual, commercial and commercial, technical and production and managerial competencies.
