چکیده

اهمیت والای مدیریت مسیر شغلی در سال­های اخیر باعث گردیده تا چالش­ها و دغدغه­های محوری آن به مسئله اصلی مدیران بخصوص مدیران منابع انسانی تبدیل شود. در این راستا، این مفهوم اهمیت والایی دارد. . بر این اساس هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر دغدغه­های مسیر شغلی بر تاکتیک­های سیاسی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی رفتارهای مسیر شغلی آینده­نگرانه باشد. این مطالعه بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه جمع­آوری داده­ها در حوزه مطالعات توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه را کارکنان ادارات دولتی استان لرستان تشکیل داده­اند که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای- تصادفی بر پایه فرمول کوکران، تعداد 328 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش تعیین شدند. داده­های این مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه­ای که روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب با بهره­گیری از شاخص روایی محتوای نسبی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردیده، جمع­آوری شد. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم­افزار اسمارت- پی ال اس انجام گرفت. یافته­های این مطالعه نشان می­دهد که دغدغه­های مسیر شغلی تاثیر معناداری بر تاکتیک­های سیاسی نفوذ دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل روابط نشان داد که دغدغه­های مسیر شغلی از طریق رفتارهای مسیر شغلی آینده­نگرانه تاثیر معناداری بر تاکتیک­های سیاسی نفوذ دارد.

The high importance of career path management in recent years has caused its challenges and central concerns to become the main problem of managers, especially human resource managers. The high importance of career path management in recent years has caused its challenges and central concerns to become the main problem of managers, especially human resource managers.Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of career path concerns on political tactics with emphasis on the mediating role of futuristic career path behaviors. This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the field of descriptive survey studies. The statistical population of this study consisted of employees of government offices in Lorestan province. Using stratified-random sampling method based on Cochranchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s formula, 328 people were selected as the research sample. The data of this study were collected using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed by using the relative content validity index and Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha coefficient, respectively. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with Smart-PLS software. The findings of this study show that career path concerns have a significant effect on influential political tactics. The results of relationship analysis also showed that career path concerns have a significant impact on political tactics through futuristic career path behaviors.
