چکیده
اختلالات ناشی از بحرانهای داخلی و خارجی مختلف از گذشته تابهحال بیشترین تأثیرات را بر عملکرد سازمان داشته است. یکی از موضوعاتی که در سالهای اخیر بر اثر افزایش اختلال در فرایندهای سازمانی ناشی از بحرانهای مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، طبیعی و انسانی توجه صاحبنظران را به خود جلب کرده مقوله تابآوری سازمانی است. هدف این پژوهش ترسیم و سنجش مدل تابآوری است که عوامل مؤثر بر تابآوری و پیامدهای حاصل از آن را در یک سازمان نشان میدهد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است و شیوه پژوهش به این صورت است که ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و بررسی مدلهای تابآوری سازمانی، فرضیههای تحقیق مشخص گردیده و مدل ترسیم میشود، سپس مدل با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر، برازش شده و فرضیهها در قالب مدل آزمون میشوند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 1400 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان میراث فرهنگی تشکیل میدهند که طبق فرمول کوکران 302 نفر بهعنوان نمونه تعیین گردید و پرسشنامه بهطور تصادفی میان آنها توزیع شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که مدل ترسیمشده از برازش خوبی برخوردار است و تأیید فرضیات تحقیق حاکی از رابطه مثبت و معنادار عوامل مؤثر بر تابآوری و پیامدهای حاصل از آن با تابآوری سازمانی است.

چکیده [English]
The past disorders of internal and external crises ever had the greatest impact on organizational performance. Organizational resilience is one of issue that has attracted expert’s attention in recent years, because of increasing disruption of the organizational processes of the various crises of political, economic, social, natural and human. The aim of this study is to determine and assess the organizational resiliency model based on influencial factors and outcomes that shows it’s result in an organization. This research is applied in purpose and descriptive in implementation.
In this research, 1400 managers and experts of cultural heritage participated in the Study based on the questionnaire, containing five different sets of items. At first, we explained Research totality. Then we explained Research literature, Research method and Information Analysis. The results show that the model has a good fit and verify hypotheses imply a significant positive correlation factors affecting the resilience and the consequences of its organizational resilience.
