چکیده

پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است تا با واکای مفهوم «تعهد سازمانی مدیران» زوایای گوناگون آن را در بستر حقیقی سازمان شناسایی و تبیین کند. در این راستا از روش‌شناسی ظاهر شونده در نظریه داده بنیاد، استفاده شد و با اتکا به اصل نمونه‌گیری نظری، 15 مصاحبه با مدیران فرودگاهی و ستادی شرکت فرودگاه‌ها و ناوبری هوایی کشور تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری، صورت گرفت. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل‌های انجام‌شده از طریق روش مقایسه مستمر در فرآیند کدگذاری حقیقی و نظری، 359 کد، 85 مفهوم و 6 مقوله را نشان داد که منجر به ظهور مدل نهایی پژوهش، پیرامون مقوله محوری با عنوان مدل تعهد سازمانی مدیران شد. مدل مربوطه به علل، عوامل همبسته، عوامل میانجی، اقتضائات و نتایج مربوط به مقوله محوری پژوهش و بستر مطالعه اشاره دارد. در مجموع این پژوهش با تبیین نظریه تعهد سازمانی مدیران، تمایز مفهومی قابل ‌توجهی میان آن و تعهد سازمانی که تاکنون پژوهش‌ها به آن پرداخته بودند را نشان می‌دهد و ابهامات موجود در این زمینه را تا حدی برطرف می‌کند.

Developing Managers’ Organizational Commitment Model of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company to Improve Theot Performance Using Grounded Theory

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to identify and describe different aspects of organizational commitment in managers of an existing organization. An emergent methodology was adopted to explain the grounded theory (GT). Using theoretical sampling principle, 15 managers selected from Iran Airports and Air Navigation company, who were interviewed until achieving data saturation. Analysis of 359 codes showed 85 concepts and six subjects, which led to advent of the final research model called the “managers’ organizational commitment". The model shows the causes, covariances, contingencies, conditions, context and concequences of the main subject of research. Overall, the study could differentiate the concept of “managers’ organizational commitment” from the findings of all the studies conducted to the present in an attempt to demystify this issue.
