چکیده

در راستای ارتقای برایندهای فردی و سازمانی، رویکرد بهسازی منابع انسانی از راهبردهای مختلفی بهره برده است. موضوع توجه به بی تفاوتی سازمانی و کاوش راهبردها و سازوکارهایی جهت کاهش این پدیده سازمانی از جمله مباحث مدیریتی چالش برانگیز است. یکی از مکانیزم های تاثیرگذار در کاهش بی‌تفاوتی، طراحی ساختارهای تواناساز سازمانی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، پیش‎بینی بی‎تفاوتی سازمانی بر اساس نوع ساختار سازمانی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان فارس (733 نفر) بود. جهت انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه‏گیری طبقه‏ای نسبی استفاده شد و بر اساس فرمول کوکران این تعداد 251 نفر محاسبه گردید. از این تعداد 230 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل داده‏ها از آزمون‏های تی وابسته، تی تک نمونه‎ای، تحلیل واریانس اندازه‎گیری‌های مکرر و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شد. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان داد ساختار سازمانی تواناساز پیش‏بینی‏کننده منفی و معنادار و ساختار سازمانی بازدارنده پیش‏بینی‏کننده مثبت و معنادار بی‏تفاوتی سازمانی می‏باشد. بر این اساس، یافته‎های پژوهش نشان داد که با طراحی و توسعه ساختار سازمانی تواناساز، بی‎تفاوتی سازمانی کاهش خواهد یافت.

Reduction of Organizational Indifference in Light of Development of Enabling Organizational Structure

چکیده [English]

Human resources development approach has used various strategies to improve the individual and organizational outcomes. Considering the organizational indifference and exploring strategies and mechanisms to reduce this organizational phenomenon is a challenging issue. One of important mechanisms for reducing the organizational indifference is designing of enabling organizational structure. The purpose of the present study was to predict organizational indifference based on the organizational structure. The research population of the study included the personnel of Shiraz Agricultural Jihad organization (N=733). The order proportional stratified sampling was used and the 251 employees was calculated using Cochran formula. Out of 251 questionnaires 231 were analyzed. For analyzing the data the dependent t-test, one sample t-test, repeated measures analysis and multiple regressions were used. The results indicated that enabling structure directly was significant negative predictor, and hindering structure was significant positive predictor of the organizational indifference. Based on the findings of this study, by designing and developing of enabling organizational structure, organizational indifference will be reduced.
