مدلسازی پیشران‌های محیطی موثر بر توانمندسازی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در بازارهای بین‌المللی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل‌سازی پیشران‌های محیطی مؤثر بر توانمندسازی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان برای ورود و حضور پایدار در بازارهای بین‌المللی انجام شده است. این پژوهش بر اساس نظریه قابلیت‌های پویا و رویکردهای تحلیل محیط کلان و صنعتی، از روش آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) بهره گرفته است. در مرحله نخست، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی و انجام ۳۴ مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با مدیران شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، سیاست‌گذاران و خبرگان اکوسیستم نوآوری، پیشران‌های محیطی شناسایی و در قالب ۹ مقوله اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند. در مرحله دوم، به‌منظور اعتبارسنجی و اولویت‌بندی پیشران‌ها، روش دلفی فازی با مشارکت ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش بر اساس میانگین قطعی محاسبات فازی نشان داد که مقوله «طراحی و استقرار مکانیسم‌های مالی و اقتصادی حاکمیتی» با امتیاز (0.8661) بالاترین اهمیت را دارد. همچنین، شاخص‌های «طراحی مکانیسم‌های مالی جایگزین برای مقابله با تحریم‌ها» (0.8917) و «توسعه ابزارهای فین‌تک صادرات‌محور» (0.8833) در رتبه‌های نخست قرار گرفتند. پس از آن، مقوله‌های «سیاست‌گذاری تجاری و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی ملی» و «توسعه دیپلماسی و روابط بین‌الملل» بیشترین اولویت را کسب کردند، در حالی که ابعاد مرتبط با پایداری و تجارت سبز در شرایط کنونی اولویت پایین‌تری داشتند. در مجموع، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد توانمندسازی بین‌المللی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان فرایندی چندسطحی است که از تعامل میان پیشران‌های محیطی و قابلیت‌های سازمانی شکل می‌گیرد. بر این اساس، پیشران‌های مالی و سیاستی زمینه حس‌گری فرصت‌ها، زیرساخت‌های فناورانه و دیپلماسی اقتصادی امکان تصاحب فرصت‌های بین‌المللی و توسعه اکوسیستم نهادی ظرفیت بازپیکربندی منابع و قابلیت‌ها را برای افزایش تاب‌آوری شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در محیط‌های پرتلاطم فراهم می‌سازد.

Modeling Environmental Drivers Affecting the Empowerment of Knowledge-Based Firms in International Markets.

This study develops a model of environmental drivers influencing the empowerment of knowledge-based companies (KBCs) for entry into and sustainable participation in international markets. Grounded in dynamic capabilities theory and informed by macro- and industry-level environmental perspectives, the research adopts a mixed-methods design. In the qualitative phase, inductive content analysis was conducted based on 34 semi-structured interviews with managers of knowledge-based firms, policymakers, and experts in the innovation ecosystem, leading to the identification and categorization of environmental drivers into nine principal themes. In the quantitative phase, a Fuzzy Delphi approach was employed with a panel of 20 academic and executive experts to validate and prioritize the identified factors. The results indicate that “Designing and Implementing Governmental Financial and Economic Mechanisms” is the most influential category (defuzzified score = 0.8661), while at the indicator level, “Designing Alternative Financial Mechanisms to Counter Sanctions” (0.8917) and “Developing Export-Oriented Fintech Tools” (0.8833) are among the highest-ranked factors, followed by “Trade Policy-Making and National Strategic Planning” and “Strengthening Diplomacy and International Relations” , whereas sustainability-oriented and green trade dimensions receive comparatively lower priority under current conditions. Overall, the findings suggest that the international empowerment of KBCs is a multi-layered process shaped by the interaction of environmental drivers and organizational capabilities, where financial and policy mechanisms appear to shape the sensing of international opportunities, technological infrastructures and economic diplomacy facilitate opportunity seizing, and institutional ecosystem development strengthens the transformation of resources and capabilities, collectively enhancing the resilience of KBCs in volatile international environments.
