Most organizations use a variety of control mechanisms to direct and influence the attitudes and behaviors of employees, and assurance effectiveness of organizational goals attainment tools. So with regards the special status of organization structure and its role in leading the attitudes and behaviors of employees and various aspects of the job, the purpose of this paper is study effects of organizational structure and job characteristics on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Tax affaire organization of Tehran. Present study is a descriptive survey and to collect data, a questionnaire has been used that 350 numbers of employees in the Tax affaire organization of Tehran were selected as research sample. In this research, for data analysis, hypothesis and model testing, Cronbach's alpha coefficient test, Path Analysis (Multiple Regression) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were used under the both SPSS and LISREL software. Research findings indicate that Among the organizational structure variables, formalization is the most important influencing negative factor on Skill Variety, Task Identity and Task Autonomy. Also, it can be regarded that centralization is the main influencing factor on Task Significance and Feedback. Moreover, Among the job characteristics variables, job Feedback has the maximum effect on job satisfaction. Finally, the research finding indicated that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

This study seeks investigation of the impact of factors effect on the brand performance based on internal branding approach in TAT bank. A conceptual model consist of 9 hypotheses were designed and tested in this research. 239 employees of TAT bank by clustering method were selected. Data gathered via 51-items including 6 demographics and 45 specialized questions. Alpha cornbach's coefficients were in acceptable range for all variables.For testing the model we use path analysis by using AMOS and chow test. Findings prove the moderation role of workplace competitive climate and job satisfaction on the relationship between internal branding with brand identification and brand commitment. Path analysis indicated that internal branding impact brand identification positively, brand commitment impact brand performance positively and brand identification impact brand commitment positively. Two hypotheses include the impact of internal branding on brand commitment and the impact of brand identification on the brand performance was not confirmed.

The aim of this research is investigation the relationship between organizational service orientation aspects on job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in connection with customers. Current research is a descriptive study and its Statistical Society includes all managers and employees who act in branches OF Melat' bank in Tehran. Data collection methods are study of library sources and field survey (with questionnaire). Constructs have been measured by use of the existing scales and its effects have been investigated by means of Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model.
The results indicate that all hypotheses in the 95% confidence level confirmed except fifth hypothesis. Managers should used the servant leadership, actions of service provider systems and human resource management for a direct affect on citizenship behavior Organizational that improve employee's job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior

Human resources are the fundamental consideration of any organization, and the development of organization depends upon the effective and optimum use of the resources particularly its manpower. The ideal systems cannot accomplish their programs without creating appropriate background in their manpower, and the most crucia point is that the program in itself relies on a kind of discipline. On the other hand, set of behaviors of the people within an organization form organizational behavior, and then social behavior which in turn forms social discipline. In other way, social discipline is the result of discipline and order of the individuals in social system.
