The main purpose of this research is to identify and develop a model for responsible strategies of companies with the meta-synthesis method. The present study is developmental in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data nature, and terms of data collection is a documentary meta-synthesis. For this purpose, after going through the steps of this method and analyzing the articles, 68 articles were examined and 594 primary codes were extracted. Thematic analysis techniques were used in the analysis phase of the findings. Finally, after analyzing all the articles, 10 concepts, and 29 secondary codes were extracted. These concepts include macro-level antecedents, organization-level antecedents, responsible strategic orientation, integrated responsible corporate governance, regulatory strategies, comprehensive strategies(as content and contextual concepts of strategy); implementation drivers, institutionalization components (as process concepts), and finally internal and external consequences. In the identified model of responsible strategies, the existence of a responsible corporate governance system plays a central role in the strategic choices of companies and the balancing of responsible orientations, which can ultimately achieve synergy value through the correct and optimal implementation of these strategies.

Organizations in dynamic commercial environments, use agile supply chain as the key strategy for confronting market instability. The purpose of the present research is to have a systematic review of Agile Supply Chain literature using meta-synthesis method in order to provide an overall model in this field. Meta-synthesis technique is implemented in this study utilizing the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006). After taking the respective steps of this method and upon analyzing various articles, 41 articles are finally inspected and 167 codes are derived. Eventually after categorizing the codes, three groups including agility consequences, agility enablers and agility drivers, which affect and are affected by agile supply chain, have been introduced to presenting a pattern. Finally, a general concept of competitive advantage for agility consequences, six concepts of market sensitivity, information/technology integration, flexibility, integration, strategic partnership and leadership for agility enablers and five general concepts of economic, market & competition, environment, social and technology for agility drivers have been identified.

Today, according to the international significance of sustainability, scholars aim to develop sustainability assessment models within the banking industry. Since that, the banks affect the development of sustainability within the countries both directly and indirectly. The purpose of the present study is to provide a comprehensive Assessment Model for the Iranian banking system, which evaluates the bank's sustainability through different aspects. Therefore, as implied research with a descriptive mixed method, the study employed a Meta-synthesis approach in order to obtain codes, themes, and categories of sustainability in the banking industry. In the following, ISM structured a network of relationships between the themes as a model while ANP helped to determine the weights of the themes and categories. Ultimately using the content analysis, the sustainability information of the banks extracted to feed the provided model, which lead to the sustainability computation of 27 governmental and non-governmental Iranian banks. As a result, Pasargad Bank ranked first, while Ayande and Melli Banks ranked second and third respectively. Moreover, it became clear that the average sustainability score of non-governmental was higher than governmental banks, while most of them neglect the environmental issues, which needs to be considered in their strategies
