One of the most important goals moving toward banks customer satisfaction is reducing waiting time in branches. Banks are queuing system including that long queues of customers will cause Increase customer waiting time and decrease satisfaction. One of the effective solution for reducing waiting time is optimizing number of service personnel in each sector which in addition to reduce the waiting time, it has increases employee engagement. In this paper, simulation and experimental design method has been applied to this topic. This paper is developing a model with two objectives; Minimizing customer wait times and maximizing working time of employees. First, the current status of MELLI bank branches is simulated by ED, then Improvement scenarios is implemented by DOE methods and finally model is solved by design-expert software. The results show that most favorable option is one electronic and clear employee and five Cashiers employees. Using this method resulted in reduced waiting time by 32 percent.

In choosing an alternative among many, decision makers usually take into account multiple criteria’s, which are sometimes in line with each other and sometimes conflicting. When there is dependencies between criteria, MCDM techniques such as ANP, AHP and DEMATEL could be applied. Another approach is to classify criteria that are correlated with each other. In this study a new approach of set covering problem to this end has been used. Our objective is setting these criteria into clusters so that their correlation in each cluster to be maximized, and also their correlation with others be minimized. In order to validate our proposed model, factor analysis method used. Data gathered from 9 industries related to 26 foreign countries. Finally, results of both models were almost similar. The results show that efficiency of the proposed method (set covering) for grouping variables is acceptable and this method in future research can be used to classify variables (when there is a correlation between variables).

One of the applicable techniques which are used for modeling and solving optimization problems is response surface methodology (RSM). Response surface methodology is a collection of tools for fitting a surface to a set of data and determines optimal levels, this method used of a regression model for optimization problems Some real world problems include determining optimum values of input variables in order to obtain the desired levels of output variable (response surface variable). In this paper considering the Importance of four factors: Cooling Time, Pressure of injection, injection Speed and Heater temperature as the independent input variables for the variables of effective input factors and the response surface quantity and qualitative variable (Twin and Concurrently) in relation between input variables and response surface variables with the nonlinear regression model. Response variables would be crisp and fuzzy, for this Reason has been used of bi-level programming and fuzzy dual response surface methodology. Then the optimal value of each parameter is obtained by Meta-Heuristics algorithm (NSGA-II).

Information systems decisions are of the main concerns of managers.
Existence of uncertainties and different objectives and attributes influence
the quality of decisions. Environmental uncertainties can challenge the
quality of IS investment decisions. Investment decisions, made without any
respect to environmental changes, will loose their effectiveness as time
passes. IS investment decisions require attention to different attributes such
as return on investment, strategic competitiveness and user satisfaction.
Multi-attribute decision making (MADM) approaches can play an important
role to make investment decisions. This study aims to integrate scenario
planning (as a tool to meet environmental uncertainties), Axiomatic Design
(MADM approach) and Fuzzy Delphi method (experts opinions acquiring
and consensus tool) as a Hybrid Model to propose a new methodology to
make IS investment decisions about the outsourcing or insourcing of the
development of the information systems. A case study in IS investment has
been done. The case is about the selection of an ERP system in Iranian
National Oil Company (NOC).
