In the past years, corporate volunteering have grown increasingly in the world. Recently in Iran, some organizations have turned to these activities. Despite the development of these activities in Iran, still many organizations have not participated in these activities. The main purpose of this study is to find the barriers of corporate volunteering in Iranian organizations. In this regard, interviews were conducted with 16 managers and employees participating in corporate voluntary activities, academic experts and organizers of these activities. Thematic analysis method was used to examine interviews. After initial coding of interviews and removal of duplicate codes, a total of 44 unique codes were obtained, which were categorized into three organizational themes: individual barriers, organizational barriers, and environmental barriers. Individual barriers include of personality barriers, values and cognitive barriers; Organizational barriers containing of work environment, managers' support, organization support and voluntary program management; And environmental barriers include legal barriers, government support, social and family barriers.
