After library studies, sem i-structured interviews and receiving the opinion of experts, the relevant concepts were extracted and the final number of 94 codes were confirmed by preliminary data analysis. These codes were categorized into three dimensions, including the thought dimension with 16 codes and three attitudinal, cognitive and character sub-themes; The deed dimension with 60 codes and three sub-themes of individual, group and organizational factors and the words dimension with 18 codes. Experts confirmed the extracted components based on Delphi-fuzzy logistic type 3 approach with Schubert input function. Using the ISM method, the relationships between the research components were classified in three levels. Finally, the structural equation model confirmed the difference in the views of managers and employees compared to the designed model. Managers approved the designed model in organizational leadership more than employees. culture, civilization and religion, which has been highly considered in classical literature can successfully design a leadership model that is more compatible with the conditions of the country's government organizations.

Perceived organizational obstruction is a negative phenomenon that can cause organizations to face many problems and make their survival and sustainability face serious risks. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and study the factors affecting the emergence of this phenomenon in a precise and scientific way. Considering this necessity and also due to the lack of a coherent framework related to the antecedents and consequences of this phenomenon, the present study was conducted with the aim of modeling the antecedents and consequences of the perceived organizational obstruction. This study is a practical research in terms of purpose and is qualitative research in terms of the nature of the data, and it was conducted with the meta-synthesis method. The statistical population consists of previous studies whose title, abstract and content were evaluated and finally 29 sources were selected for use in the research (as a sample). The collected data was also analyzed using thematic analysis. In the findings section, the antecedents of perceived organizational obstruction were categorized in the form of 2 dimensions, 7 components and 38 indicators and its consequences were also categorized in the form of 2 dimensions, 4 components and 28 indicators. The results can increase managers' insight and awareness of factors affecting perceived organizational obstruction and support them in planning and implementing necessary measures.

The research was conducted with the aim of designing a shared leadership model for knowledge-based work teams in Iran. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and in terms of method, this research is mixed method by qualitative (grounded theory) and quantitative (survey). 15 experts was interviewed by semi-structure method and the Strauss and Corbin’s method was used in three stages (open, axial and selective coding) with Atlas.ti 8 software. The results showed that three categories including predictive factors of team members' individual characteristics, organizational characteristics, and extra-organizational characteristics have impact on shared leadership strategies, and leadership development in knowledge-based teams leads to individual, team, and organizational outcomes. The statistical population was specialists and experts in knowledge-based teams. The research tool was a questionnaire designed based on the model, which was distributed among 100 work teams (490 people) by stratified random method. Structural equation modeling(SEM) with Amos software was analyzed. The results showed that causal conditions (0.45) and contextual factors (0.37) have a positive and significant effect on shared leadership. Intervening conditions (0.19) have a positive and significant impact on shared leadership, and shared leadership as the core phenomenon ( 0.85) has a positive and significant effect on shared leadership strategies and strategies with coefficient of 0.95 have effect on consequences of shared leadership.

The method of this research is developmental- applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, it is combination research (qualitative and quantitative). The field of research in the qualitative part included 29 managers of company that 14 of whom were selected by purposeful sampling, semi-structured interviews and by observing the saturation rule. The statistical population in the quantitative section included 881 managers and experts from 6 regions and the central headquarters of company, and 400 questionnaires were distributed by using the formula 5q<n<15q. To evaluate the suitability of the developed conceptual model, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, and to check the validity and reliability, the content validity index and ratio, and the retest method was used, and the reliability of the quantitative part was measured with Cronbach's alpha coefficients. In the findings section, the analysis of the interviews led to the extraction of 57 concepts, which were classified in the form of six main categories of the data basis theory. In the quantitative part, the designed model was tested by using SPSS, and Smart PLS. The results showed the validity of the model designed in the qualitative part and the acceptance of all research hypotheses.
