چکیده
امروزه با توجه بهاینکه کارکنان از بلوغ فکری قابل توجهی برخوردار هستند به دنبال ایجاد تعامل و همدلی سازمانی بین خود و مافوقشان هستند. این امر موجب مشارکت هرچه بیشتر کارکنان در سازمانها شده است. هدف از این مقاله، طراحی و تبیین مدل مدیریت مافوق در شرکت گاز استان اصفهان بود. روش این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، توسعهای- کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، از جمله پژوهشهای ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) است. میدان تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل 29 نفر مدیران شرکت گاز بودند که 14 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته و با رعایت قاعده اشباع انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل 881 نفر مدیران و کارشناسان مناطق 6 گانه و ستاد مرکزی شرکت گاز بودند که با استفاده از فرمول5q<n<15q تعداد 400 عدد پرسشنامه توزیع گردید. برای بررسی برازش مدل مفهومی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید و جهت بررسی روایی بخش کیفی از شاخص و نسبت روایی محتوایی استفاده شد و همچنین از روش بازآزمون به منظور سنجش پایایی بخش کیفی استفاده شد و پایایی بخش کمی با ضرائب آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شد. در بخش یافتهها در بخش کیفی، تحلیل مصاحبهها منجر به استخراج 57 مفهوم شد که در قالب شش مقوله اصلی روش داده بنیاد طبقه بندی شدند. در بخش کمی، مدل طراحی شده با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS 20،Smart PLS 3.0 مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. در پایان، نتایج بخش کمی نشانگر اعتبار مدل طراحی شده در بخش کیفی و پذیرش همه فرضیههای پژوهش بود.

Nowadays, since the employees have significant intellectual maturity, they seek to create interaction and organizational empathy between themselves and their superiors. This has resulted in more participation of employees in organizations. The purpose of this article was to design and explain managing up model in Gas Company of Isfahan province. The method of this research is developmental- applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, it is combination research (qualitative and quantitative). The field of research in the qualitative part included 29 managers of company that 14 of whom were selected by purposeful sampling, semi-structured interviews and by observing the saturation rule. The statistical population in the quantitative section included 881 managers and experts from 6 regions and the central headquarters of company, and 400 questionnaires were distributed by using the formula 5q<n<15q. To evaluate the suitability of the developed conceptual model, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, and to check the validity and reliability, the content validity index and ratio, and the retest method was used, and the reliability of the quantitative part was measured with Cronbach's alpha coefficients. In the findings section, the analysis of the interviews led to the extraction of 57 concepts, which were classified in the form of six main categories of the data basis theory. In the quantitative part, the designed model was tested by using SPSS, and Smart PLS. The results showed the validity of the model designed in the qualitative part and the acceptance of all research hypotheses.
