This study aims to identify the factors Influencing the online buying experience through retail mobile applications and modeling their internal communications. In this regard, an attempt was made to screen and finalize the detected indications using the Delphi method with the assistance of experts, based on the indicators identified in the theoretical model of customer experience in retail mobile applications (CERM). The Delphi approach was used in three stages to eliminate 21 indications. The extraction model was then examined and the components were graded using interpretive structural modeling. Finally, the power of influence and degree of dependence of the components were examined using Mic Mac analysis. The capabilities of the mobile device, according to the findings of this study, are the most effective aspect in establishing a customer experience in retail mobile applications. In circumstances where decision-making is beyond the control of mobile app designers and retailers, this indicator, which is represented in the screen size of the phone, the type of mobile operating system, and the use of capabilities such as GPS, has the largest impact on the online buying experience. The key dimensions determining the customer experience were also discovered to be divided into six tiers, each of which has an impact on the others. This research was able to provide a more in-depth look at the aspects that influence customer experience in the retail business, particularly sales via retail mobile applications.

Developing and increasing technology-oriented and high tech products export is one of the most important goals of Iran long term strategies. Exporting technology-oriented goods & services is the culmination of scientific & technological activities which may lead to sustainable employment, great surplus value, national power and wealth for the country. In this paper, technology- oriented export companies of Pardis technology Park which are under supervision of presidential science and technology deputy have been studied. In this regard, by using exploratory mixed method, Facilitator factors affecting technology-oriented goods has been recognized by qualitative research through directional qualitative content analysis method in five categories (Chamber of Commerce, presidential science and technology deputy, government in macro level, international partners and cooperative level). At the next step these factors have been analyzed using interpretive structural modeling and Dematel method which are soft modeling approaches. Factors of casual relationships and also their interpretive structural graded model were extracted and factors relating to the government clusters are recognized as the most important Enablers for developing technology-oriented goods.

Transferring technology from developed countries to emerging economies is one of the main roads leading to the sustainable development; therefore it is logical these countries which have limited investment capacity in order to develop their own infrastructures should identify successful technology transfer factors to achieve sustainable development and work with the least feasible cost. In this study, after studying related literature to technology transfer as well as interviews with experts in the field of technology transfer and sustainable development, 12 successful technology transfer factors where identified which are effective in achieving sustainable development. Moreover, in another interview with experts, the relationship and the importance of identified factors in the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) were recognized. The results illustrate that elements of proper infrastructures, government participation and political system of the country receiving the technology are known as technology transfer infrastructures and it is necessary for developing countries, which in the process of technology transfer, pay attention to these factors specially to achieve sustainable development.

In today’s competitive business environment, using holding company has been common in the developed countries, and recently, it has also gained momentum in Iran. These companies create special value through synergy. Todays, multi-business organization management has been more important than ever, and the fact that the number of such holding companies has been increased has also intensified this. This research presents a strategic model for performing the first level of strategic performance through balanced scorecard. It can help parent companies as a dashboard in order to observe subset companies. In this research, after studying the related literature, based on the nature of the subject under study, interview with the managers of these holding companies and their subsets was the best research methodology. After identifying the dimensions, the questionnaire developed by the researchers and quantitative research methods were used for drawing the hierarchy dimensions. Eventually, a model with 11 dimensions at 4 levels was extracted.

Mobile telecommunications tremendous growth in the 21st century made ITU define wireless communications as the driver of ICT in the world. Advent of this technology to Iran, like every other new technology, leads to superior changes in economic, socio-cultural, political, defensive and security aspects. None of the research done on national security has directly focused on mobile telecommunications industry. The aim of this paper is to propose a structural model for the enhancement of mobile telecommunications with regards to national security interests. To fulfill this aim, we first define the research question and problem solving method using systematic approach. The research guidelines are then studied one after another. After identifying influential elements and their interrelations, the development model, which is a directed graph, would be introduced using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method. Key elements of the model are: National Security, National Interests, Foresight, Understanding the Environment, Problem solving design approach, Breakthrough Thinking, Selected theory-driven development, Communications Regulatory Agency, Strategic Intentions and Upstream Documents and Macro trends. The final model presents how Strategic Intentions turn into action plans under the influence of Global Macro trends. Proposing segmentation based on different layers of the model for better implementation and the long-term effects of national decisions and accomplishments on global drivers constitute other achievements of the modeling.

Today the reverse logistics is one of the most important subjects in supply chain area. The control of return process beside the forward supply chain permits the organization to avoid of additional costs. This paper at the first approach introduces the major success factors which result from interview with experts in this area and although stemmed from major resources in automotive reverse logistics and then it utilizes the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology to understand the mutual influences among the barriers so that those driving success factors, which can aggravate few more factors and those independent factors, which are influenced by driving factors are identified. By analyzing the success factors using this model, we may extract crucial factors that influence the reverse logistics activities. It can be observed that there are some factors, which have both high driving power and dependency, thus they need more attention. Finally, the implications for practice and future research are discussed.
