Abstract For years, researchers and managers have been popular with Balanced Scorecard and during the time, several edits have been developed from this base model. “Strategy map” is a topic that have been invented by researchers of the Balanced Scorecard to ease the understanding of issues that related to the strategic objectives set. The organization's strategic plan to achieve organizational goals, there are several ways that researchers have developed models to analyze these pathways. Bayesian networks, probabilistic networks have many applications in various sciences have provided. In this study, path analysis in Bayesian networks has been the strategy map. In this study, a model is presented by which one can achieve the ultimate goals of risk below the risk-based goals (in lower amounts) can be calculated and appropriate solution to mitigate risks identified organizational goals In this study, an investment firm is studied and the model is implemented and the results have been analyzed.

Abstract In today’s competitive business environment, using holding company has been common in the developed countries, and recently, it has also gained momentum in Iran. These companies create special value through synergy. Todays, multi-business organization management has been more important than ever, and the fact that the number of such holding companies has been increased has also intensified this. This research presents a strategic model for performing the first level of strategic performance through balanced scorecard. It can help parent companies as a dashboard in order to observe subset companies. In this research, after studying the related literature, based on the nature of the subject under study, interview with the managers of these holding companies and their subsets was the best research methodology. After identifying the dimensions, the questionnaire developed by the researchers and quantitative research methods were used for drawing the hierarchy dimensions. Eventually, a model with 11 dimensions at 4 levels was extracted.

Abstract Managers in all organizations today called for optimum use of existing facilities and capacities in different sectors. So in order to provide feedback model to improve performance of various branches and agencies to achieve a tool to meet the needs of managers, and the essential logic seems. The purpose of this study provide a model compilation process fuzzy network analysis, balanced scorecard and fuzzy data envelopment analysis for performance evaluation of branch offices is Yazd Cooperative with the device can also identify efficient and inefficient branches, the appropriate strategies improve the performance of inefficient branches and more branches to strengthen whatever can be effectively developed. In this study of balanced scorecard model to extract parameters assessment, fuzzy analysis network process techniques to estimate fuzzy relative importance of each indicator under a single perspective and of fuzzy data envelopment analysis techniques to evaluate the performance of branches has been used. financial Perspective as the most important, and the Yazd and ardakan Branches were identified Assessment as the efficient performance of the branches.
