Explaining the critical success factors in the supply chain of Iran's top pharmaceutical distribution companies using a combined method

Abstract In today's turbulent economic environment, companies are struggling to find ways to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. One of these methods is supply chain management to reduce costs and improve performance to create a competitive advantage and business success. The purpose of this study is on how to use supply chain management by pharmaceutical distribution companies in Iran and its role in the success and competitiveness of companies. The method used in the research is a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). Data collection in the qualitative section was done during an in-depth interview with 30 experts from Iran's top pharmaceutical distribution companies, based on which categories were extracted; Then, in the axial coding stage, the link between these categories was made based on the study of causal conditions and its effect on the central phenomenon of "drug distribution chain management strategy development", as well as the effect of contextual conditions and intermediate conditions on strategic factors The format of the coding paradigm was determined; Then, in the selective coding stage, each component of the coding paradigm was described, the storyline was drawn, and the theory was created; Finally, the research propositions of the research were compiled. In the quantitative stage, the questionnaires were distributed among the top 16 drug distribution companies and the model extracted from the quality section was tested with the help of partial least squares software. Finally, the mentioned model and the hypotheses were confirmed.
Presentation a framework for success in the implementation of knowledge management systems based on cloud computing

Abstract Cloud-based knowledge management systems to create competitive advantage through cost reduction and performance improvement are. Implementation of knowledge management is expected in the organization and operation of the valuable benefits it entails the identification of factors affecting the success of the implementation of the design and implementation makers.This research using mixed or combined in both qualitative and quantitative research has been done. The grounded theory method of qualitative and quantitative descriptive method - has been used. Success factors and the model output data of the Foundation. To conduct field studies, based on selected factors, a questionnaire was drawn up and the importance of success factors and the priority to the polls between knowledge management and cloud computing experts have been laid.Based on results obtained seven factors, including prioritizing, respectively, including those related to trust management factors, human factors and cultural, organizational factors, technical factors, economic factors, environmental factors are. The most important consequence of detected using these systems include reduced time in the process of knowledge management, improve performance and increase competitive advantage

Abstract Meeting IT-business strategic alignment effectively in an organization becomes very difficult task for top managers. Because, managers should apply their best knowledge to understand the most important factors affecting such strategic alignment in their organizations. As a matter of the fact, there are few studies conducted to highlight such factors. Therefore, we studied the critical success factors affecting IT-business alignment. In this regard we conducted a survey to analyze the experts’ view to help to bridge such a gap.
