Today, knowledge management has become one of the most important categories in developing countries. The oil industry is one of the most important industries in our country. The role of knowledge transfer in all its affairs has been important, and it can use its strategic alliance to create, acquire, share and apply knowledge; therefore, in this research we have attempted to examine the role of knowledge management as a motivation to enter the technological strategic alliance. In this research, after studying the literature and using the library method, a preliminary study of the subject is considered; subsequently, using the qualitative approach and interviewing experts, extraction of concepts and categories affecting knowledge management as a motivation to enter the alliances has been addressed. One of the important categories in this regard is the creation of knowledge that has resulted from the concepts of knowledge recognition and knowledge creation. Another identified category is the acquisition of knowledge derived from the concepts of knowledge gathering and knowledge organization. The third identified category for knowledge management is knowledge sharing, which includes the concepts of publishing Knowledge and adapting knowledge. Finally, there is applying knowledge, which is derived from the concept of the use of knowledge.

To have successful career, one must acquire the competencies relevant to his/her business field. In order to share the knowledge in a successful and effective manner, individuals need to have knowledge sharing competencies. These competencies could affect and enhance individual performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of knowledge sharing intention on knowledge sharing competencies and also the impact of those competencies and knowledge sharing intention on managers’ performance in project-based organizations. Data is collected from 50 participants including top, middle and executive managers and also senior engineers. Statistical estimation methods and path analysis were utilized to test the hypotheses. The findings indicates that knowledge sharing intention not only has a positive and significant, direct impact on knowledge sharing competencies but also has a positive and significant, indirect impact on managers’ individual performance via knowledge sharing competencies. This study suggests that due to knowledge sharing intention, one can enhance his/her individual performance by developing the methodological competencies.

To encounter with Knowledge Management, the organizations should select appropriate knowledge strategy and knowledge management strategy. There are different methods for developing these strategies. In this study a System Dynamics model developed to select and integrate both strategies. In the proposed model organizational factors such as business strategy, structure, culture, human resource and IT infrastructure have been considered. On the other hand, from the dynamic approach perspective, the knowledge creation processes and the level of explicit or tacit knowledge have direct impact on selected strategies. In this paper all the stock variable and their initial value have been identified then the flow variable and theier increasing/decreasing rate have been determined and casual loops and stock and flow diagrams was proposed. At last after simulating and testing the dynamic model, different scenarios and policies have been presented for the case study. The results indicate improvement in both KM strategy and knowledge strategy. Keywords: knowledge management, knowledge management strategy, knowledge strategy, system dynamics

The importance of the study of Knowledge Active Forgetting (KAF) is generally described. In this paper, in order to create a comprehensive definition, different definitions of organizational forgetting and knowledge active forgetting presented in the literature, have been reviewed. In addition, key concepts and characteristics that should be considered in the definition of KAF have been extracted. Based on this, concept KAF as an intentional and systematic activity is dependent on the value of knowledge manages. Then, in order to analyze the relationship between KAF and knowledge stickiness to person and organizational context, we gathered qualitative rich data by case study as one of the qualitative research methods. Based on the results of data analysis it can be expressed that by increasing stickiness of knowledge to person and organizational context, the resistance to process of KAF is increased. As a result, organization will be allocated more time and effort in order to manage old and obsolete knowledge. The results of this paper can help managers of organizations to manage their old and obsolete knowledge according to the level of knowledge stickiness to people and organizational context.

In order to evaluate and select the appropriate knowledge management strategy, a lot of organizational factors must be considered. On the other hand, in the approach of dynamic knowledge management strategy; the processes of creation and transferring of knowledge have direct effects on the selected strategies. The human-oriented and system-oriented approaches of knowledge management strategy are essentially different and need different infrastructures, methods and tools. In this research, the related literature about developing knowledge management strategy has been reviewed. The effective factors on knowledge management strategy have been extracted from different conceptual frameworks, models and methods. Then a comprehensive methodology for developing knowledge management strategy has been presented.
The factors of this methodology, which have direct effects on the final chosen strategy, include: general business strategy, organizational structure, cultural factors and knowledge creation process in knowledge intensive area of the organization. Also in this methodology, the interrelated effect of information technology strategy and human resource strategy on the knowledge management strategy is considered and the final strategy is shown ranging from human oriented approach to system oriented approach. Globalization of economy, increase in competition and dynamical changes of environment are the reasons that knowledge productions have a considerable share in organizational production. Planning for knowledge products is not an easy task because of intangibility of the nature of knowledge itself. Product classification helps in better planning and decision making because of knowing in advance characteristics of each class. In this paper, the goal is to present a model for classification of knowledge products. To do so, we first present briefly the knowledge production process. Then, knowledge production will be classified through data processing. The type of knowledge production is then expressed in a two- dimensional model; readiness rate of data is one dimension and specification of data processing is another dimension. We then verify similarity of each class by production factors extracted from the literature in our case studies. We further specify four classes of knowledge production for some jobs. Finally, the detailed characteristics and similarities of each class are fully discussed.

Plenty of managers have comprehended the essential role of knowledge in
acquiring competitive advantages and pursuing the strategic organizational
objectives. Since knowledge management is a competitive obligation, it is
crucial for organizations to know whether their systematization is prepared or
not. Lack of appropriate infrastructures and the indispensable prerequisites
cause the utilization of such procedures to be extravagant rather than profitable.
The presentation of organizational preparation model in knowledge
management is inevitable to attain such a goal. That is why, a conceptualized
model was offered in this research to quantify the preparedness of an
organization. The indexes pertinent to knowledge management preparation
were extracted from the subject’s literature review. Then they were
dispatched to 50 experts and cognoscenti in the knowledge management
field, whereas 40 questionnaires were rendered back. The authentication
agent analysis methodology was used to validate 5 factors, which
encompassed 19 indices and Finally 6 indices were crossed out. t-test 2-term
experimentations were employed to verify the chief and subordinate
hypotheses. The indices and determinants of the model were stipulated in the
ensuing stage, in which a harmonious mean was utilized. 94 questions were
chosen for the verified indices. The Iranian statistics kernel was quantified
through this questionnaire. The preparation level was illustrated in diverse
dimensions and some proposals were offered based upon the organization
circumstances.
