Abstract Banks, as key participants in the financial market, play a crucial role in expediting production processes and driving economic growth. They achieve this by gathering savings and idle liquidity, and channeling these resources into vital economic sectors. Enhancing efficiency and performance is a primary management objective for these institutions, as it leads to improved productivity. However, given the multitude of indicators and criteria used to assess efficiency, it is essential to identify and employ appropriate indicators based on specific guidelines. This study adopts an analytical-descriptive approach, collecting data from 2014 to 2019 through documentary research and surveys. The goal is to identify the influential indicators for evaluating the efficiency of commercial banks in Iran, as determined by a panel of experts. These indicators are then prioritized using factor analysis and the Fuzzy Delphi method. The findings reveal the existence of 19 key factors that determine bank efficiency, categorized into 7 main groups. These factors encompass financial, human, environmental and geographical, structural and organizational, physical, technical, and financial ratios. Together, they account for 62.45% of the total variance and serve as the most significant inputs and outputs that explain and determine the efficiency of commercial banks in Iran.

Abstract In choosing an alternative among many, decision makers usually take into account multiple criteria’s, which are sometimes in line with each other and sometimes conflicting. When there is dependencies between criteria, MCDM techniques such as ANP, AHP and DEMATEL could be applied. Another approach is to classify criteria that are correlated with each other. In this study a new approach of set covering problem to this end has been used. Our objective is setting these criteria into clusters so that their correlation in each cluster to be maximized, and also their correlation with others be minimized. In order to validate our proposed model, factor analysis method used. Data gathered from 9 industries related to 26 foreign countries. Finally, results of both models were almost similar. The results show that efficiency of the proposed method (set covering) for grouping variables is acceptable and this method in future research can be used to classify variables (when there is a correlation between variables).

Abstract The research type is descriptive - correlation research which is done through survey method. Statistical population of research is family business in Tehran that at least two members of the family are involved in the ownership or management of the organization. Based on available information, Statistical population has been 600 companies and the sample size was 235 companies. In this research main tool for data collecting is a questionnaire that it`s validity and reliability has been measured. According to previous studies, questionnaires and interviews with family business owners, variables that influenced on the apathy of people to participate in the family business, are: micro scale collected Perspective, micro scale Structure and micro scale Interaction. Exploratory factor analysis was used to identify latent variables. The relationship between these factors and the main factor was measured by confirmatory factor analysis. It was shown that lack collected perspective has greatest impact on the apathy and incoherent structure, meanwhile fitting the model. The identified factors were highly correlated with the main factor. Therefore, we can conclude that three marked factors influenced on the apathy to family business

Abstract One of important steps to quality improvement of activities and increasing productivity in manufacturing systems, is noticing and emphasizing on evaluation factors that be Caused to personnel's efficiency reduction. Correct and timely recognition of factors that reduce to personnel's efficiency, especially managers, meets to efficiency improvement. One of major reasons of managers' efficiency reduction is dawdle. in this paper using descriptive statistics, Factor Analysis method and DEMATEL technique, has been purposed a novel model to analyzing existent similarities and diversities between opinions of different groups' managers of one company about reasons of dawdle, specifying and classifying most important areas that need to improvement, and specifying cause and effect relation between them. Findings this model show the most effective factor of dawdle and finally managers' efficiency reduction in office is very much visits and sessions with very little results, and least effective factor is be inordinate social. Also most causal factors are job incentive shortage, expert personnel shortage, mistake or incomplete information, and self assurance shortage.

Abstract In this thesis we considered the effects of macro-economic factors on stock returns in order to estimate the risk free rate of return. For doing so, we used monthly returns of companies from 1383-1 to 1387-12.The sample of this thesis was consist of 48 companies which were present in stock market. Then the effect of 10 macro economic factors like Import, Export, Coin price, Oil price, M1, Inflation, Exchange rate, Index, Indext-1,construction permit on monthly stock returns was estimated for 5 years. The method which was used in this research was multi-factor model Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) and the method used was Factor Analysis. The aim of this research was to clarify whether co-movement of stock returns was the result of macro -economic factors or not, and also to estimate the risk free rate of return. The result of this thesis showed that co-movement of stock returns was due to different effects of macro- economic factors ,for inflation and indext-1 affected Tehran stock return during these 5 years ,and the estimated risk free rate of return of investment market was more than the risk free rate of return of monetary market.

Abstract Plenty of managers have comprehended the essential role of knowledge in acquiring competitive advantages and pursuing the strategic organizational objectives. Since knowledge management is a competitive obligation, it is crucial for organizations to know whether their systematization is prepared or not. Lack of appropriate infrastructures and the indispensable prerequisites cause the utilization of such procedures to be extravagant rather than profitable. The presentation of organizational preparation model in knowledge management is inevitable to attain such a goal. That is why, a conceptualized model was offered in this research to quantify the preparedness of an organization. The indexes pertinent to knowledge management preparation were extracted from the subject’s literature review. Then they were dispatched to 50 experts and cognoscenti in the knowledge management field, whereas 40 questionnaires were rendered back. The authentication agent analysis methodology was used to validate 5 factors, which encompassed 19 indices and Finally 6 indices were crossed out. t-test 2-term experimentations were employed to verify the chief and subordinate hypotheses. The indices and determinants of the model were stipulated in the ensuing stage, in which a harmonious mean was utilized. 94 questions were chosen for the verified indices. The Iranian statistics kernel was quantified through this questionnaire. The preparation level was illustrated in diverse dimensions and some proposals were offered based upon the organization circumstances.

Abstract This research was designed to identify the critical success factors of business process reengineering in an Iranian defense industries case study based on multivariate data analysis. Through developing a business process reengineering model and implementing it on the case study, the business processes were be managed and then its success was be analyzed, by a questionnaire. This analysis initially, represents the success of applied changes, and then follows the critical success factors of process reengineering in three main factors. Subsequently, by multiple regression tool, the business process reengineering success as dependent variable was estimated by the above three factors. The results, showed goodness and validity of the regression model. Accordingly, belief to change, change of infrastructures, participation of people in changing programs and decreasing of the resistance against the changes are the critical success factors of business process reengineering in the respective organization.
