The model of perceived organizational obstruction with meta-synthesis method

Abstract Perceived organizational obstruction is a negative phenomenon that can cause organizations to face many problems and make their survival and sustainability face serious risks. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and study the factors affecting the emergence of this phenomenon in a precise and scientific way. Considering this necessity and also due to the lack of a coherent framework related to the antecedents and consequences of this phenomenon, the present study was conducted with the aim of modeling the antecedents and consequences of the perceived organizational obstruction. This study is a practical research in terms of purpose and is qualitative research in terms of the nature of the data, and it was conducted with the meta-synthesis method. The statistical population consists of previous studies whose title, abstract and content were evaluated and finally 29 sources were selected for use in the research (as a sample). The collected data was also analyzed using thematic analysis. In the findings section, the antecedents of perceived organizational obstruction were categorized in the form of 2 dimensions, 7 components and 38 indicators and its consequences were also categorized in the form of 2 dimensions, 4 components and 28 indicators. The results can increase managers' insight and awareness of factors affecting perceived organizational obstruction and support them in planning and implementing necessary measures.
Exploration of Proactive Strategic Behavior in mixed method Approach

Abstract The present study has been conducted with a mixed method approach to analyse a model of proactive strategic behavior for emoloyees. The research type is practical -developmental. The qualitative phase is implemented by Grounded Theory. The qualitative sector data were summarized in 18 semi-structured interviews with the selected experts of the university and organization under study and then the coding process in three distinct stages. The result of this phase of this study was extraction and design of interconnected categories in the form of Casual Conditions, Axial Conditions, Context Conditions, Intervening Conditions, Actions and Consequences of paradigm of proactive strategic behavior of employees. After identifying each of the selected template categories, each of the template elements was selected and elaborated in details. The qualitative research results set was tested in a quantitative section using a researcher-made questionnaire. For this purpose, a sample of 370 individuals for participation in the study was selected, then quantitative data set was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods and then, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in PLS software.
Desining and explaining a model for managing up(case study: Isfahan Province Gas Company)

Abstract Nowadays, since the employees have significant intellectual maturity, they seek to create interaction and organizational empathy between themselves and their superiors. This has resulted in more participation of employees in organizations. The purpose of this article was to design and explain managing up model in Gas Company of Isfahan province. The method of this research is developmental- applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, it is combination research (qualitative and quantitative). The field of research in the qualitative part included 29 managers of company that 14 of whom were selected by purposeful sampling, semi-structured interviews and by observing the saturation rule. The statistical population in the quantitative section included 881 managers and experts from 6 regions and the central headquarters of company, and 400 questionnaires were distributed by using the formula 5q<n<15q. To evaluate the suitability of the developed conceptual model, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, and to check the validity and reliability, the content validity index and ratio, and the retest method was used, and the reliability of the quantitative part was measured with Cronbach's alpha coefficients. In the findings section, the analysis of the interviews led to the extraction of 57 concepts, which were classified in the form of six main categories of the data basis theory. In the quantitative part, the designed model was tested by using SPSS, and Smart PLS. The results showed the validity of the model designed in the qualitative part and the acceptance of all research hypotheses.
