The purpose of this research is to design a green human resource management model based on the AMO approach in Kerman Coal Mining Company. In terms of purpose, this research is practical and in terms of the method of collecting information, it is part of mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research. The qualitative part was conducted by reviewing the literature and field data and conducting 14 semi-structured interviews using the theme analysis strategy.the experimental evaluation of the impact of the identified activities on the company's environmental performance was investigated based on designed questionnaires. After measuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, they were distributed. The statistical population was 600 people and the sample size was determined to be 234 people based on the Georgesi and Morgan table. Data analysis was done structural equation modeling method using AMOS23 software. The findings of the qualitative section include 17 main themes and 59 sub-themes. According to the AMO model, green human resource management activities were placed in three categories: green ability with 6 main themes, green motivation with 4 main themes and green opportunities with 7 main themes. The findings of the quantitative section also showed that the effect of green ability of employees on the environmental performance of the company is not significant, but the effect of green motivation and provision of green opportunities on environmental performance is significant. Therefore, the presented model provides useful insights into the functions of human resource management to support the environmental performance of coal mining companies.

Strengthening the indicators of good governance in areas that have valuable natural resources and God-given wealth or are active in certain industries, and also the compliance of these indicators with local and indigenous conditions of these areas leads to sustainable national and comprehensive development. The main purpose of this study is to design a good governance model for systematic mining with sustainable development approach. Is. The method of this research is qualitative and the data research method of the foundation was used. In this study, 22 managers of Gol Gohar Industrial and Mining Company and faculty members of universities were selected as a statistical sample in a systematic manner. The interview process was performed until the stage of reaching theoretical saturation and the interview text was analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The findings showed that holistic accountability as a causal condition that includes intergenerational, environmental and social commitments leads to the formation of good governance with future-oriented features, health-oriented and people-centered, and along with the development space, creating opportunities. Development-oriented strategies lead to sustainable development in social, economic and environmental dimensions..

The issue of a suitable career path and womenchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s participation in the labor market is one of the most important changes of the last century. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the factors related to the glass ceiling in order to develop the career path of female employees of the executive organization of Kerman. For this purpose, the statistical population includes two groups of university experts and all female employees of the executive organization of Kerman in the number of 14,186 people. To identify the components of the research, the theoretical foundations of the research and the components proposed by the experts, the Delphi method was used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations have been used in data analysis. The number of statistical samples in the qualitative section by Delphi technique was 30 and in the quantitative section through Morgan table, 374 people were selected by stratified sampling. By performing factor analysis test through two software SPSS and Amos, 14 components in the form of 6 dimensions were extracted and tested. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational factors, individual factors, socio-cultural factors and legal factors with career development (-p <0.05). Also, the correlation coefficient between legal factors and career development is more important (r = 0.686) and the correlation coefficient between socio-cultural factors and the presence of the glass ceiling phenomenon is more important (0.769).
