Most of the organizations employ lean production techniques in a separate manner for eliminating the waste. However, in some cases, in spite of spending huge amount of costs for implementation of these techniques, they could not reach the planned benefits. Therefore, creating a mechanism in order to inform managers regarding the benefits of waste elimination prior to technique execution is one of the vital issues in implementation of these techniques. In this case study, lean production tools have been introduced in a systematic manner by applying value stream mapping, which is one of the main lean production tools in identifying wastes and improvement of opportunities. Furthermore, in order to analyze the results of deploying the above techniques, two simulated models for the current and improved situations have been developed. Finally, by executing the simulated models, two systems have been compared on the basis of key measures, which are lead time production, inventory in process, and unnecessary transportation. The results showed a significant decrease in waste.

Today world is changing rapidly. Communications are prevailing every day, information access becomes easier and competition for selling goods gets more sever. One can no more impose the customer to buying a good. It seems that the most successful manufacturers emphasize on an important principle; a simple and at the same time, difficult principle, namely “customer service management”. Supply chain management and logistics literature indicates that this principle has changed into a strategic goal for organizations. Companies have found out that with, more customers’ satisfaction and more market share can be obtained by enrichment of their logistics performance.
The methodology used in this research is based on quality function deployment (QFD) approach. It shows that the application of house of quality (HOQ) method improves the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics services and therefore leads to customers’ satisfaction. Also, in order to avoid subjective judgment weak points, fuzzy logic has been used. This methodology has been performed in “Pars Electric Company” for determining strategic activities in the strategic management of car radio.

Progressing environment and competitive market in the recent years have
caused shorter product life cycle. Therefore, organizations have to keep up
with the other competitors in introducing products conformed with customer
demands, if they want to survive. On the other hand, designing and offering
new products to the market in some industries imposes enormous costs to the
organizations. Automotive industry is one of these industries. This research
was accomplished with the focus on the product of “Samand“ in “Iran
Khodro” company. Nowdays, the necessity of launching a new product can
be greatly realized, but it seems to be impossible due to the urgency of
executing the so called project and also the lack of monetary resources.
“Face lift designing“ can be regarded as a suitable approach to solve the
mentioned problem. The goal of the research is to find out the parts that
considering the monetary limitations, could bring out the best “Face lift“
design for the company. To ascertain this goal, value engineering (VE) and
analytical hierarchy process (AHP) were used.
Four populations consisting of customers, experts, automotives designers
and strategic planners were used gathering data from the two populations of
customers and designers. In conclusion, considering budgetary constraints of
the company, those parts, which due to the redesigning of them, best face lift
design might be obtained were orderly determined as bumpers, lights, side
mirrors and gutter.

Nowaday, product quality of industrial factories ,has become the challenge for their market share in competitive world .Design of experiment (DOE), as one of the newest methods of improving quality, defines the significantly effective factors and sets their optimum levels by running the experimental design. Among all, the fractional factorial designs runs, have priority to others because of the decrease in the number of In Iran, Despite its disability in resolving interaction effects,Taguchi design as the fractional design subgroup, has been used sofar for its easy analysis.
In this article, a fractional design with high- resolution degree, was defined as a case study on the refractory brick quality in Pars Refractory factory. To reach this target, the fractional design 25-1 with the high resolution degree of V,was designed and run. The results showed that controlling and setting the main interaction effects in the optimum level, lead to the minimum operation time and 41% increase in product quality.
Research and development units can cause promotion in the quality of products by implementing fractional designs with suitable resolution degree and analyzing the main and especially interaction effects.

Nowadays mumerous machines are used for production in electronic industries. Considering the high cost of in vest ments on these machines, how to increase their productivity is an important problem in thiese industries.
In this article it is tried that with, studying the functions of concurrent machines such as Axial and Jumper Wire first we present a linear programming mathematical model to optimize these machines’ productivities
and then with suggesting an heuristic model, we provide necessary facilities to solve a real problem. We also study the results of our findings on the Axial and Jumper Wire Machines in a factory.
