چکیده

در سال‌های گذشته فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه شرکتی در دنیا رشد فزاینده‌ای داشته است. اخیراً در ایران برخی از سازمان‌ها به این فعالیت‌ها روی آورده‌اند. علی‌رغم توسعه این فعالیت‌ها در ایران، هنوز قسمت زیادی از سازمان‌ها در این فعالیت‌ها شرکت نداشته‌اند. هدف اصلی این مطالعه یافتن موانع فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه شرکتی در سازمان‌های ایرانی است. در این راستا با 16 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌کننده در فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه شرکتی، خبرگان دانشگاهی و برگزارکنندگان این فعالیت‌ها مصاحبه‌هایی صورت پذیرفت. برای بررسی این مصاحبه‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. بعد از کدگذاری اولیه مصاحبه و حذف کدهای تکراری در مجموع 44 کد یکتا به دست آمد که در سه مضمون سازمان دهنده موانع فردی، موانع سازمانی و موانع محیطی دسته‌بندی شدند. موانع فردی شامل مضامین موانع شخصیتی، ارزش‌ها و موانع ادراکی؛ موانع سازمانی حاوی مضامین محیط کاری، حمایت مدیران، حمایت سازمان و مدیریت برنامه داوطلبانه؛ و موانع محیطی مضامین موانع قانونی، حمایت دولت، موانع اجتماعی و خانوادگی را دربرمی گیرند.

Barriers of corporate volunteering in Iranian organizations

چکیده [English]

In the past years, corporate volunteering have grown increasingly in the world. Recently in Iran, some organizations have turned to these activities. Despite the development of these activities in Iran, still many organizations have not participated in these activities. The main purpose of this study is to find the barriers of corporate volunteering in Iranian organizations. In this regard, interviews were conducted with 16 managers and employees participating in corporate voluntary activities, academic experts and organizers of these activities. Thematic analysis method was used to examine interviews. After initial coding of interviews and removal of duplicate codes, a total of 44 unique codes were obtained, which were categorized into three organizational themes: individual barriers, organizational barriers, and environmental barriers. Individual barriers include of personality barriers, values and cognitive barriers; Organizational barriers containing of work environment, managers' support, organization support and voluntary program management; And environmental barriers include legal barriers, government support, social and family barriers.
